“We always have a fantastic experience at Asiago skillet! When we come down from Kentucky we make it a point to stop in at least once but sometimes everyday for 🍳 breakfast. “Last month, August 24th, 2025, my husband and I just happened to drive by The Bavarian’s Wirtshaus and were surprised to see this restaurant. We lived in Germany for 2 1/2 years in 1990 and loved living there. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and had reservations at another restaurant until we saw This authentic, German restaurant. We cancelled our reservation and went to the Wirtshaus instead. We are so glad we did; the food was wonderful—just like we remembered from our time living in that beautiful country. I had jaeger schnitzel and my husband had zigeuner schnitzel. The staff was upbeat and the atmosphere so relaxed. Our server brought us a desert on the haus—hot apple strudel with real whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. The next time we’re in town, we plan to visit again. “The garlic dipping oil is amazing. We took some home and put it on sandwiches and in a crab omelet. We have been talking about it for days. The lasagna is remarkable and the ribeye steak I ordered was enough for three meals. Cooked perfectly medium rare. Friends had the lobster ravioli and shrimp with vodka sauce which was good. Calamari was outstanding, very tender. Our waitress was Lauren L., very professional and pleasant. We will definitely go back there again next year when we visit.“

“Mother Earth's cafe is an absolute gem! From the retro ambiance to the friendly service, everything about this place feels welcoming. I ordered the Philly cheese steak omelet, and it was perfect with fluffy pancakes, flavorful hash browns , and eggs cooked just right. Their coffee was rich, and the refills were constant. Portions were generous, the food was fresh, and the prices were fair. I’ll definitely be back at this Cafe. It is a must visit!“

“I love this place! First Korean restaurant I ever ate at (back in 2003ish), and been going back ever since. I liked a Korean restaurant in Germany too, but no other place I've tried (about 20 others) has compared. The owner always remembers me, my family, and my friends. We don't even need a menu, she knows what food and drinks we want and lets us know if there's something special to try that day, like the seaweed soup.“

“Girls trip 2025! First time there and it was our favorite of the trip! Whitney, our waitress was absolutely the best! Sitting on the patio overlooking the water was the cherry on top! I had the blackened redfish with crawfish topping and it was so delicious! Also the pimento shrimp dip and the fried green tomatoes were delish!!! I even got 2 tees from the shop! Live music, super friendly and kind staff, { I would tell you how kind my waitress was, but I wouldnt want anyone to try to take advantage of her) I regret that I didnt have proper tip money, but i will make it up to her. There is a beach, cornhole, i think horseshoes, it is child and dog friendly. They even brought ny Stanley his own bouwl. Next review will have photos, Go there as soon as you can. We caught his name, it was Sawyer, there had been an issue with the food not being delivered on time. We were assured of it being worked on and received generous service. He is a good server who cares a lot about his craft. It was a busy looking night, but that didn’t slow him down. He made the instability of our night simmer down some. Thankful to have had him on our side tonight. Hopefully everyone enjoyed him just as much as we did. The food was not the main-star of the show tonight, but service was stellar!
