Starbucks in Gainesville

“Great service at this location, I'm super happy with the staff and their disposition. They got my order right and even created something not too crazy for my five year old that he REALLY enjoyed (that didn't leave him bouncing off the walls from the sugar).I do wish the wifi was available at the seating area away from the road or they could do something to reduce the traffic noise on the super nice patio. The major road renders this very very nice seating area basically useless.

“No drive-thru mint I had to go into the store and take extra time to grab a coffee. It would have been wonderful except I didn't have extra time to spare. The staff are all very friendly and work quickly and efficiently to fill orders. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting.“

“Just so everyone knows, the photos shown here are not accurate because they are photos of the Hub Starbucks, which is much further across campus. Also they do not serve things like meatballs, or truffles-I think these are images of catering perhaps? Not sure...also the location is inaccurate as well, as this Starbucks is literally right behind the science library, next to panda express and across from the Chick-fil-A on the Sun Terrace. There is also NO delivery there.

“Personally I don't trust starbucks imbedded into department stores or grocery stores because they're separately owned meaning they run on their own rules instead of Starbucks corporation rules for making drinks. The drinks won't be wildly different but normally they aren't made the exact same (I've worked for starbucks as my source). Same goes for airports however there was nothing wrong with the drinks I got so I can't complain and the 2 baristas were cracking jokes with each other and customers which is pretty rare to see sometimes so I have to give them the full 5 stars just don't expect this experience that I had for your visit. I got the new seasonal roasted chestnut latte and my S/O got the strawberry acai lemonade refresher without dried fruits they were both fine and they remembered to not add the fruits!

Parking: Huge parking lot but you normally have to park pretty far away from the building but a little walking never hurt anybody“

“We were in town for a volleyball tournament which coincided with the first UF home game. For Friday and Saturday I ordered using the app and the order was ready when I arrived for pickup. On Saturday however the drink order of 4 Venti Chai’s tipped over and spilled completely. I doubled back and the Starbucks team was very helpful with remaking the order and offering what I needed to clean up my car. A big THANK YOU to Rachel who was so helpful!“

“I like this place more now that they've expanded it and made the space inside bigger. The drive thru still feels a bit impossible at times so I'd come to this one only if I was trying to sit inside for a bit. That being said, parking can get tight if you're not trying to walk.“

“I usually do not write customer reviews but I just had a stunning customer experience. This Starbucks is always consistent with their quality and amazing customer service. There is one Hispanic man working the drive thru in the mornings I believe his name is Julian, he is always super kind and he makes great conversation. Today he was super friendly to me and it truly brightened my day.“

“This Starbucks is usually pretty busy considering it is inside of the library. Still, when I went I got my food pretty quickly. I got the egg and bacon sandwich and I didn’t really like it. The bread was really dry.Their coffee is good though and like any other Starbucks. Also they don’t take gift cards at this location as do any other Starbucks that are on campus.“
