“wow, I was blown away by the customer service. I’ve never been to a place and had a barista care for my order as much as Pierce did what a great guy he offered me suggestions through my allergies and make sure to comfort me every step of the way. i feel safe here thank you“

“No drive-thru mint I had to go into the store and take extra time to grab a coffee. It would have been wonderful except I didn't have extra time to spare. The staff are all very friendly and work quickly and efficiently to fill orders. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting.“

“Fantastic spot to grab coffee and food in cosy ambience. Very near to the UF, so ideal spot for completing your assignment or attend meeting! Perfect to hangout with friends! Plenty of parking and you can also have timely pick up! The service is great and the serve person are also cordial and delightful. Kids really enjoy the cake pop and pink drink and you can enjoy expresso or mocha!“

“I like this place more now that they've expanded it and made the space inside bigger. The drive thru still feels a bit impossible at times so I'd come to this one only if I was trying to sit inside for a bit. That being said, parking can get tight if you're not trying to walk.“

Always attentive, sincerely friendly, and what really sets him apart is that he truly cares about people. It’s not just polite small talk — he’s genuinely interested, engaged, and radiates positive energy.

“Trevor has made my experience here!! Every time I come into Target and order coffee here I am instantly more excited to see him! He is always so friendly and kind, asking people about their day and being overall a very fun person to be around. I’ve asked him for recommendations before and he has given great ones every single time! He even offered to make me a new drink if I didn’t like the one I was trying. I had a good experience, but granted it was not busy.

Also remember your in a college town, these are kids. Right or wrong, don’t expect maturity from the immature. It’s a coffee shop in the mall, no one wants to be there lol.“

“This Starbucks is usually pretty busy considering it is inside of the library. Still, when I went I got my food pretty quickly. I got the egg and bacon sandwich and I didn’t really like it. The bread was really dry.Their coffee is good though and like any other Starbucks. Also they don’t take gift cards at this location as do any other Starbucks that are on campus.“

“Ive went a total of once and they messed up my order but this barista Audrey was super nice, got my order correct, fixed the issue, and read my child a bedtime story while also saving my family from a house fire. Ps. I LOVED the music but was very disheartened when i heard they got rid of it.“
