“Our favorite bar. However the red head lady with the curly hair has a serious attitude problem. Throwing menus on the table, rolling her eyes at us, went up to the bar to my boyfriend and rolled her eyes at him. I understand life can be difficult, but it costs $0 to be nice.“

“First time going there at the bartender young lady was amazing everything came out cold as ice to drink! The food was amazing highly recommend the gator bites and the grouper nuggets.... if you are a smoker you can smoke outside and inside the place is very clean I am definitely coming back very reasonable price an amazing scenery“

“I have been to the Anchor Bar three or four times with my friends for lunch. Jeona has always been our server and she is attentive and polite. Refills, no problem. She is the only one serving and she has always managed to keep track of everyone. The food is good--the servings are substantial. The French Fries are the best! Although our group doesn't drink, I would suggest it for lunch whether you have a drink or not.“

“A little recommendation….while attending the concert last night (8/10/23) at Mid-Florida Amphitheater we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Brandon. We are Hilton people so staying at their family of hotels is always our first choice. But I have to tell you, this Embassy Suites takes customer service to the next level. From Matthew who checked us in, to Gina the bartender, to Mike and Millie who made our breakfast, to Chad the General Manager, they did not miss one opportunity to make sure we were completely satisfied. A bonus was that the hotel was a $12 Uber ride to the Amphitheater. If you can swing it, stay here when your attend your next concert.“

He addressed each and every issue/question I had immediately and was always receptive, attentive, and very courteous. He even remembered my name after just one time talking to him. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed by his customer service skills that I had to make a review. No days exceptional customer service is hard to find if not non-existent. Please let Todd know that it didn't go unnoticed and it was greatly appreciated.“

“First time coming to the Salty Shamrock for the Santa Breakfast. This was an amazing experience. They had so many things to do to keep the kids busy. Reindeer food making, crafts, letters to Santa and of course pictures with the “big guy.” Myself and my kids loved this perfect morning. “I love Brick House Tavern locations. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly, the best game is always on at the bar and the drinks are worth the money. We visited this particular location during a cold storm and management refused to close the patio windows. I do love fresh air, but not when it is 45° off the coast of Florida. When we asked them to close them to keep the heat in they said no. My food got cold quickly. Sat at the bar with a few others and they were cold as well. I mainly felt bad for the bartenders who had to continuously grab cold drinks; They were freezing. I never got a clear answer why they would not close the patio windows, but the fact that I was not the only one who asked ruined this atmosphere for me.“

“Low key and right on the water where it's fun to watch a variety of birds and boats come and go. Full menu (including vegetarian items), ice cold beer and excellent service. Charla always made sure my pup and I had everything we needed. If I lived closer I'd be a regular. Great find in Ruskin!“
