From Samantha, the hostess; Tyler, the manager; Bill, our server; and Matt, the sous chef; to the young man serving the bread and the multiple other staff who kept our water glasses full, everyone was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and engaging. Samantha, in particular, handled a very aggressive and arrogant disgruntled man in the most diplomatic and professional manner. And this man was so aggressive that my husband and I almost intervened on Samantha’s behalf. But her diplomacy and professionalism did not waiver. To say she impressed us is an understatement. “First time visiting here for a bridal shower and it was absolutely gorgeous! The restaurant itself is beautiful and has a unique vibe. We had a bridal shower brunch and they accommodated our party easily. The table was decorated so cute, along with custom “she said yes” menus that each guest got to order from! I had the French toast for brunch and it was a delicious, although a little sweet for my taste (I’m team savory for brunch always). Drinks were good, along with their craft sodas which were delicious! Would definitely recommend in the future and will be back for other meals!“

“This place holds a special place in my heart. We have celebrated so many milestones at this restaurant (last night we were celebrating my sister) and the food and attention did not disappoint. We don’t drink and it seems it’s usually judged a bit but our server was so lovely about it, didn’t try to sell things we would not go for. We did end up ordering some of his recommendations. The one dish we keep on repeat when we go is the Spanish Octopus, it is absolutely outstanding, the octopus is tender and flavorful. Last night we added the Mushroom truffle pizza, Chicken Marsala, and Scottish salmon. Every single dish was so deliciously perfect. Lastly, desert we had Mango gelato. I am sorry I do not remember the name of our server so I can sing more praises to him because it was a truly lovely mother, daughter’s evening and he was on point, allowing us to enjoy our time together..The only note I have which I almost don’t want to mention but my mom was a little bothered by the music last night. We thought the indoor music was a little loud.Parking: Not many free parking options, but there are plenty of parking lots around $10 on a Friday night with no special events.Wheelchair accessibility: I am not a wheelchair user, but the restaurant is mostly flat, making it easy to access. Table separation seemed appropriate to navigate.“

“I was visiting from out of town. The food was very good. The process is very much like chipoltle but with a healthier farm to table version of food. I thought it was going to be a sit-down restaurant. I was told the steak was a great option to go with along with the mac and cheese.. It did not disappoint. I got a mixture of rice and greens with the sweet potatoes. When thinking about this does not sound like the best combination. However, when you add the garlic aoili sauce, it is perfect. I like to mix my food up. I would definitely try another option should i visit tampa again.“

“Doc B's is easily one of my favorite places for a quick dinner, especially for their salads. They have a good variety of different kinds and the portions are huge! I always end up taking some to go. If you pop in for lunch I suggest trying one of their wok bowls that you can customize. Even on busier days you never have to wait long to be served. Doc B's has a vibe for everyone: outdoor seating in the sunshine, intimate dining inside, and a bartop that always has sports on rotation.“

However I didn't really enjoy my food. My appetizer was off and my main course of the chicken avocado sandwich with Parmesan truffle fries was extremely salty. I got the smoked bourbon drink which was good. I didnt get a pic of my dishes because I was so excited to eat them but was disappointed“

“Overall, this restaurant has a great atmosphere, friendly service and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. Parking is easy and free. I would like to point out a few things that made this experience a little less enticing. My old fashioned was in a very heavy, medium-sized glass, which made the pour look very small. It just felt odd to drink from this glass as an avid consumer of this style of drink. Also, the large ice cube actually melted entirety before I could finish it which I have never had happen before. I literally walked from the bar to my table and before my steak arrived the cube was gone, which watered down my cocktail. I'm not sure if they use half size cubes, but there was plenty of room in that glass for a full sized cube to make that drink better. The drink tasted fine, but using a shorter, lighter glass with a large cube would make it more consistent with the swanky style of that cocktail.Another thing that was odd, was we ordered the lobster topped steak special for the night at $48. It came out with a full plate of french fries, like a meal from a diner. It may just be my opinion, but if we are going to order a meal that is $50, some elevated sides to accompany lobster may be more appropriate than fries. They were cold, and the steak needed more seasoning, so that didn't help either. I did have the filet mignon prepared medium rare and it was perfect. Again, it could have also had more flavor to the meat, but for $46 it was great with a loaded baked potato and Béarnaise sauce.The best part was the lemon cheesecake with raspberry sauce. It was refreshing and delicious. I definitely recommend that with an espresso martini. It was a little on the creamy side, but made well to accompany a dessert.Overall, this restaurant is perfect to celebrate a special occasion or grab a bottle of wine from their huge selection. It just doesn't compare steak wise to other more elevated restaurants in the area. The menu selections were very diverse with many different options, that they didn't really specialize in one thing.“

“The avocado cauliflower rice is TO DIE FOR, most flavorful cauliflower rice I've ever had. I got a salmon bowl which the salmon was cooked to perfect with a great portion size along with shredded Brussels and balsamic tomatoes. The ingredients were very fresh and delicious“

“What a treasure! We stopped to this restaurant on our way to a cruise out of Tampa. The server was very friendly and suggested some great entrees for us to try. Everything was great but those oysters were definitely something to talk about forever. They were fried perfectly. I called and spoke with someone, they apologized and offered to fix the situation. I explained how delicious everything was, and thanked the kind man for fixing the problem. “-Ordered on Uber Eats-Bought a Regular Bolay and Strawberry Orange Juice, and while the price is a bit higher on Uber Eats, I think the quality of the food is very good!The Jasmine Rice was still soft, the steak was a nice portion on top in big chunks and not at all rare but rather well cooked, the mushrooms were very big, and the broccoli was slightly burnt on some and was kind of mixed on sizes.The best part of the bowl though, was the garlic sauce.The Strawberry Orange Juice was also very good, a recommendation if someone had never tried the combination together before.“

The staff shut the lights out put or candle to get ready for the night life. Cute and subtle switch up, but it makes a big difference. We didn't order food personally, but the smells were smellin' in the best of ways! The table in front of us had two women, one ordered some kind of salad and the other ordered nachos. The nachos looked amazing and I did notice that the woman eating them did not finish the bowl, so they definitely could have been shared. If we end up here again the Nachos will be at the top of our list!“

Unique place that has New York City vibe. Not a large menu, but enough to be able to choose items anyone enjoys. Service is always great starting from hostesses ending with servers and I absolutely love that they had multiple employees sign a card for me wishing me a happy birthday. “Not your average hotel restaurant. The menu had a lot of unique dishes. We had the mushroom pizza, a caesar salad with shrimp, guava BBQ wings (so delicious), burgers, and a rich chocolate lava cake. Our servers took great care of us and werre happy to explain the menu and make recommendations. Estaban, Jacob & Victoria were their names. A lot of the dishes were Puerto Rican or Puerto Rican inspired. Highly recommended.“

If you're on the audiophile side see a show at their pool party...ear fatigue was minimal and frequency response, imaging and phase remained almost unchanged everywhere I stood. Side note, show was 7hrs and had opening acts not listed on the website Crowd was mostly cool and friendly, but be aware it is a casino and your every move is watched and evaluated. Non cabana "vip" upgrade not better view/sound or less crowded, just a closer to stage pool. Parking ok considering volume of people, but leave time and good shoes for the walk“

“My husband and I are locals, and we LOVE Counter Culture. We have never had a mediocre meal here. Everything is always fresh and top notch. The flavor combinations are exquisite. It’s so nice to have a great meal and then go walk along Bayshore. Their outdoor area is great for fresh air and sunshine, and we frequently bring our dogs. James, by far, is our FAVORITE SERVER. He is super friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Every time we go to Counter Culture, we request James. One evening when James was not working, Lyndi served us and also provided excellent service.
