Marker 88 is an absolute gem in Islamorada! The atmosphere is relaxed and beautiful, with unbeatable waterfront views, but the highlight of my visit was the blackened hogfish with Tabasco butter sauce. Amazing views, service and ambiance. The sushi rolls were loved by both adults and children. Sunset views are picture perfect. Definitely recommend! 10 out of 10

The whole scene is eye candy, with a gorgeous sunset and views, and the setting and decor are a 10/10. The food is fantastic, absolutely amazing, and outstanding. Specific dishes mentioned include the blackened hogfish with Tabasco butter sauce, described as perfectly seasoned and incredible, and the steak sandwich, which was amazing. The Hemingway cocktail was the best, and the Coconut Pineapple Margarita was a close second. The service is friendly and attentive, and the bartender was great. It is a great spot conveniently off the main Hwy that did a great job with the renovations. While some dishes like the Guacamole and Rock Shrimp Tempura had issues, and the flies were off-putting for one visitor, the overall recommendation is to go. Marker 88 is a must-visit for both the food and the setting.
