“This place was amazing! We're visiting from Michigan and I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get gluten free and vegan options. I got the sunrise sampler. I was able to sub just egg for the real eggs and get gluten free French toast instead of the bread choice. It was the perfect amount of food. Plus our waitress was amazing and answered all my questions and if she didn't know something, she went to the back to ask. I wish Michigan had more restaurants like this!“

“We had such a great experience thanks to Nico at 490 Marsh Landing Parkway! He was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment we walked in. His friendly attitude made us feel instantly comfortable, and you could tell he genuinely cares about providing great customer service.

Nico was super quick and efficient, but never made us feel rushed. He took the time to get our drink orders just right — and they turned out perfectly! You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.

It’s not every day you meet someone who’s not only professional but also brings such a positive energy to your visit. Nico truly went above and beyond — we left with smiles on our faces and drinks in hand!

“Ink is a just as great spot for coffee as it is beer. Their signature lattes are amazing and they have the best selection of hazy IPAs of any brewery in Jax which I love because they’re sweeter and not super hoppy but they’ve got a good selection of sours and seltzers for my non beer drinking friends too. Super cute, cozy spot with sweet merch, a game room and a really good food truck with the best burgers and fries.“

“We had a lovely morning at this place. Conveniently close to our hotel & to the beach area. Breakfast was great with swift service. Staff were friendly and we were attended quickly with no issues at all. My NY Bagel was delicious, & my son’s breakfast sandwich was also delicious! Coffee was perfect and it made our overall experience great!“

“Good food. Huge portions. Front house employees were all very young and service is minimal, but good enough for the cafeteria style dining. Trash was way overflowing at the front door on the way out. But again - food was really good. Would return during less busy time.“

Might have to change this rating because the last 5 times I’ve gone by during business hours they’ve been closed. Should really update somewhere like their website so people aren’t wasting their time going by“
