“There was a beautiful young woman that worked there tonight 1/29/2025 around 10:30pm. I think her name was Alexandra or Alexis? She was extremely helpful and kind, and went above and beyond to help me and my Grandma. My grandma has dementia and is hearing impaired and she was extremely kind to her. Her patients with her was absolutely amazing, Taco Bell give this lady a raise! 🙏🏻“

“I really enjoy going to this location. I often call my orders in because of my crazy work day. The staff is amazing. Rodney is by far the best hands down, when every I call in my order he always know what I want and will always remember my name. A great location with the best customer service hands down you all are amazing. Keep doing great things.“

I made a mistake ordering through my app and she took the time and was patient enough to not only help me fix it, but had 2 convos with Door dash to make sure THEY were on the same page. “So I went up twice, the first time I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and they didn't even have my order ready, so we left. The second time I went through it was less than 5 minutes, got my order this time and enjoyed it. Allegedly was made extra special for me on my chocolate malt shake I didn't know what that meant but I took it anyway.“
