“Came thru the drive thru a young lady was outside taking orders in this Florida heat and she had a very good attitude and was so helpful and patient with me wanting to look at the menu for a moment. “This location is a great location with an amazing manager and staff.

My only feedback is to not put donuts together that have frosting on them in the same bag, if you cannot use a flat box. When you see a mixture of donuts, they are usually for different people.

My one family member doesn’t want chocolate frosting on her maple doughnut or her cake doughnut. Yet all 3 were thrown into a bag together with the brownie batter on top and upside down.

The staff should just take time to think through what they’re putting in the bag.

“Amazing place, customers & staff. they always get my order correct and the manager and staff are so sweet, even when provoked they keep their attitude up! i order a caramel latte with coffee milk and a side of hashbrowns. its always lovely here i wont even lie, there has been sometimes where nasty customers come in there and are just mad disrespectful like one time a man came in there and was just cursing and yelling at the old man and him & the other staff kept their composure as they should and still had the service amazing, i wish they were appreciated more! you should definitely try eating here soon, amazing food, donuts, and service :)“

“I grew up by this Dunkin and some years back I had completely given up on it (coffee and food completely inconsistent and somehow prepared poorly). However, in the past year or so this Dunkin has been seemingly blessed by a group of young ladies that are running this location like the friggin’ Navy. “This Dunkin had a rough patch after the renovation. But its up and running really well. I visit there often and I have observed that they are very methodical. “We no longer will be coming when we know the Wednesday night staff is working. They are not friendly, consistently make us feel like it’s an inconvenience to take/serve orders, and have messed up our orders twice in major ways.

Any other crew we’ve gotten is great, just that one that spoiled it. When 7 Brew is next door, we would rather pay more to get an accurate order there.“

“8/27/25 My trip today had a hot surprise. XL hot coffee cups seem to have a deformity around the top. Lid does not stay fixed. Came off while I was driving home and hot coffee spilled on me. No major burns but it was hot. Please check your lids, folks!

- I've been visiting this location every day for at least a month. The food & drink products are always 10/10. The people have always been incredible until today. Usually, the ladies greet for order, and deliver at the windows. Today there were guys at both. Abrupt, rushed, inpatient seeming. Overall great. But, the guys need to take a breath & enjoy their blessings. If not, find other blessings elsewhere. Don't punish the rest of us for your rough moments.“

“I tried ordering ahead on the app but it kept freezing up. So, I was worried they would be so annoyed as I had to get a lot of doughnuts for a staff holiday breakfast and a few smaller separate orders. Sam, helped my husband & I out and she was great! “This is my 2nd review of Dunkin! I just can't say enough great things about them! Will always be one of my favorite places on the planet. I'm still old school with the cold brew coffee and the vanilla or strawberry icing with sprinkles donut. This place is clean, the employees are so awesome and they're fast quick! Love love love em!“

“When I originally reviewed this location (5+ years ago) it was under different ownership and had very poor service. In the time since, the location has done a 180 with a new owner and good service. He even renovated the location. It currently looks better than ever.

My son asked me one day why we don't go to Baskin Robbins (inside Dunkin') and I didn't really have a good reason since it had been years since my prior visit. So, I agreed to go. When we walked in, we received good service. The new owner got us each our two scoops in a cup. He was very friendly and the staff was attentive. The ice cream was very good. We figured since we were there we may as well get a couple donuts for Saturday morning. In the time since, this has basically become our Friday afternoon treat/routine. We do it so often we have become regulars and Raj knows us.

So, if you're wondering about this location or with previously ownership you may have had a bad experience (as I did), it is worth your time to give the new owner a try. Baskin Robbins also has some very unique and awesome flavors including M&M Monster Cookie, Cookie Monster, Monkey Business, I even really like the chocolate chip. Just make sure if you go that you download the app ahead of time so you can get your QR code for them to scan when you check out so you get points towards your purchase.“

“I am at Dunkin everyday sometimes twice it's kind of a problem 😉. Never go in its always drive through. If this is the one on University by Phillips gotta becareful when you go. Sometimes it's a joke coffee is wrong and you will be the only one in line and they are making you pull around to the front so your not running time up on there drive through. Kind of slow. It has new management, but um....

Was there today drive through. New guy took forever to ring my coffee in right. (Its cool he was new) had to go inside as my coffee was made all the way wrong, by the guy who is always there. I feel like this store needs to get it together. Im there every day sometimes twice. They have some issues, but I still love my Dunkin“

“It's mostly a drive-thru Place With No seating so atmosphere is really not a concern. Always get good food and drink and good service. I would recommend sticking to drive through if you can as the couple parking spaces they have are usually full.“
