“I’m a big Dunkin girlie so I’ve been to my fair share of locations at this point. I have multiple that I refuse to return to. This is NOT one of those Dunkins!! This makes my top two locations EASILY. The coffee is always consistent and we all know that’s Dunkin’s biggest struggle. The gentleman usually working the drive thru on weekday mornings is super nice, and they’re always quick. Big fan of this one, y’all.“

Ms. Stephanie is a shining example of what great leadership looks like. Every time I visit, I see Ms. Stephanie engaging warmly with guests, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and taken care of. Her rapport with customers is remarkable, and she always greets everyone with a genuine, warm smile. AJ and Kay—what can I say? I absolutely love these two! Every interaction with them shows their leadership skills, especially in how they manage those busy lines, communicate support needs to the team, and ensure every order is handled quickly and efficiently. I visit so often that Kay has memorized my order and always makes sure it’s prepared with care and delivered in a timely manner. That level of service is unmatched!

And let’s not forget Mr. Tony! He’s always such a pleasure to interact with. Whenever he completes my order, he takes the time to share details about the latest promotional deals and even recommends his personal favorites from the menu, making it so much easier to decide—especially early in the morning. I believe Tab is the cook, and I have to give her a huge thank-you! Tab always makes sure the food is prepared with love and care. She’s another team member who has memorized my order and ensures it’s ready quickly and perfectly. Thank you, Tab, for putting so much heart into your cooking!

“I went through the drive through today. Asking for the sourdough breakfast sandwich toasted extra and 2 large coffees for the very first time. I got everything I wanted perfectly added Dunkin Donuts. Rihanna was the young lady who cooked my food. Absolutely. Perfectly to the way I asked. “I don't drink the coffee I buy from here, but my wife and her best friend keep sending me so it must be good. I've never had any complaints about the order or the quality of the drink.

Service wise, I have always been greeted with a pleasant hello. And even after ordering and getting all my drinks they never let me leave without both employees saying goodbye. It's a business and they're working fast so it's not like you get to be personable with them, but I have had moments to interact with them and they've always been great. I don't see any reason why I wouldn't continue coming to this location.“

This location in particular on Phillips highway in Jacksonville is my favorite for several reasons. For starters it's a brand new location in 2024.

Also, Jada, Traci, and Jordan always make me feel like family when I come in there several times a week for breakfast/brunch. My breakfast is always hot and if for some reason they're out of something they know what to substitute for me that's how well they know me. I also appreciate how they make me smile with their award-winning personalities and how they really care for each customer.

Thank you ladies!! I really appreciate you and Dunkin for filling my tummy and making me feel good when I start my work day!

“Just came through the drive through, unashamedly I’m here almost every day. I just love this Dunkin so so much. All the people, all the coffee (cold brew with butter pecan and crème), and the food as well, every visit is spot on! The inside of the store and bathrooms are always perfect. I’m so thankful for their later hours (drive through only past a certain time) and every single employee literally makes me feel appreciated and better than when I walked in. Today I asked the man who is always there (during the week at least) if he is the owner and of course he is, said he’s had the store for 18 years. Amazing!!! “On our way home from the dealership decided to stop by and get some breakfast. We had rewards to use up. Store is in a weird location. Parking can be tight. Upon walking in we noticed the door handle doesn’t have that bright Dunkin color on it. Then when we stepped in. The floor was so sticky. Tables were dirty. Looked like the closing crew from the night before did nothing. These workers were working hard. They had a huge drive through line. The cashier was nice. Food was delicious. The kiwi drink was delicious as well. This location needs more workers.
Update 7/23. We came in after picking up my car. They did a much better job cleaning the place. The floors were slippery but clean. Food was amazing! The gentleman who rang our order was friendly and polite. My second favorite Dunkin in Jax!“

The woman who gave us our order also gave us a cheery "good morning" and a beautiful little arrangement of flowers in a gorgeous little vase. So, I was worried they would be so annoyed as I had to get a lot of doughnuts for a staff holiday breakfast and a few smaller separate orders. Sam, helped my husband & I out and she was great! “Very quick and efficient filling orders from online app. Have gotten to know them and they are very friendly. Wish there was a way that if they are out of a particular donut or item the app would not allow the order to go through with that item. They are quick to substitute whatever you want but when picking up orders for other people that doesn't always work.

yet again...I ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese croissant and what I got was Bacon egg and cheese...I thought since they reopen the service would be better...but I can it's not...I will be a while before I go back...“

“We no longer will be coming when we know the Wednesday night staff is working. They are not friendly, consistently make us feel like it’s an inconvenience to take/serve orders, and have messed up our orders twice in major ways.

The employee that likes to think he is a manager or someone other than an employee definitely needs some customer service training. I have had an issue with him twice now. I never received an apology but with the managers calm temper and smile it made things somewhat better. She deserves acknowledgment for her skills while the male employee needs to learn some. It only takes one bad attitude to make a business have a issue but that attitude can be replaced or possibly retrained if they are willing.“
