“Amazing place, customers & staff. they always get my order correct and the manager and staff are so sweet, even when provoked they keep their attitude up! i order a caramel latte with coffee milk and a side of hashbrowns. its always lovely here i wont even lie, there has been sometimes where nasty customers come in there and are just mad disrespectful like one time a man came in there and was just cursing and yelling at the old man and him & the other staff kept their composure as they should and still had the service amazing, i wish they were appreciated more! you should definitely try eating here soon, amazing food, donuts, and service :)“

“I don't drink the coffee I buy from here, but my wife and her best friend keep sending me so it must be good. I've never had any complaints about the order or the quality of the drink.

Service wise, I have always been greeted with a pleasant hello. And even after ordering and getting all my drinks they never let me leave without both employees saying goodbye. It's a business and they're working fast so it's not like you get to be personable with them, but I have had moments to interact with them and they've always been great. I don't see any reason why I wouldn't continue coming to this location.“

“Dunkin has some of the best deals in their Mobile APP..

This location in particular on Phillips highway in Jacksonville is my favorite for several reasons. For starters it's a brand new location in 2024.

Also, Jada, Traci, and Jordan always make me feel like family when I come in there several times a week for breakfast/brunch. My breakfast is always hot and if for some reason they're out of something they know what to substitute for me that's how well they know me. I also appreciate how they make me smile with their award-winning personalities and how they really care for each customer.

Thank you ladies!! I really appreciate you and Dunkin for filling my tummy and making me feel good when I start my work day!

“Just came through the drive through, unashamedly I’m here almost every day. I just love this Dunkin so so much. All the people, all the coffee (cold brew with butter pecan and crème), and the food as well, every visit is spot on! The inside of the store and bathrooms are always perfect. I’m so thankful for their later hours (drive through only past a certain time) and every single employee literally makes me feel appreciated and better than when I walked in. Today I asked the man who is always there (during the week at least) if he is the owner and of course he is, said he’s had the store for 18 years. Amazing!!! “I walked in wanting to treat myself and to my surprise the were offering waffle tacos!!! How cool is that. It was fresh and crunchy and a really fun experience. I was told these would only be available on weekends and soon they be offering a chocolate dipped version as well. I can’t wait to come back.“

Wish there was a way that if they are out of a particular donut or item the app would not allow the order to go through with that item. They are quick to substitute whatever you want but when picking up orders for other people that doesn't always work.

“8/27/25 My trip today had a hot surprise. XL hot coffee cups seem to have a deformity around the top. Lid does not stay fixed. Came off while I was driving home and hot coffee spilled on me. No major burns but it was hot. Please check your lids, folks!

- I've been visiting this location every day for at least a month. The food & drink products are always 10/10. The people have always been incredible until today. Usually, the ladies greet for order, and deliver at the windows. Today there were guys at both. Abrupt, rushed, inpatient seeming. Overall great. But, the guys need to take a breath & enjoy their blessings. If not, find other blessings elsewhere. Don't punish the rest of us for your rough moments.“

The employee that likes to think he is a manager or someone other than an employee definitely needs some customer service training. I have had an issue with him twice now. I never received an apology but with the managers calm temper and smile it made things somewhat better. She deserves acknowledgment for her skills while the male employee needs to learn some. It only takes one bad attitude to make a business have a issue but that attitude can be replaced or possibly retrained if they are willing.“
