“This was my first time going to this location. The first thing I noticed was how spacious it was. They had more than enough seating. The cashier was very helpful and the sandwich maker was polite. The food came out quickly and had no issues. Will definitely be going back again!“
“Absolutely the best experience ever at a Firehouse Subs location today. Went in with the 2 for $20 combo in mind. Kelly, the manager, said it was an online purchase only. No worries though. She takes my phone and firehouse app, goes through and places our order for us. I pay with my credit card in the app. The order spits out and she is standing at the counter when my order prints out. 5-7mins later we are waiting in the restaurant ! Kelly and her staff were absolutely amazing. Would recommend this location 10/10“
“I like ordering at kiosks. I can be much quicker that way. Attendant was very attentive and noticed I grabbed too small a cup. Appreciated it more when I didn't have to get up for a refill. And of course the food came out promptly and tasted perfect.“
“First time here and absolutely loved their sandwiches. My husband got the pepperoni pizza meatball sub and I got the club on a sub with garlic butter. We both fully enjoyed our own and each others. Love the sweet tea and especially their sparkling cherry limeade. Cookies were delicious, I would definitely get them again with my meal- love the double chocolate. Service was kind and welcoming. Sandwiches were made well and hit the spot.“
“Carl! He made my entire night! My daughter loves the pickles here and I had a mobile order. When I walked in I asked for a couple pickles to take home to my daughter who loves them. He hooked me up with about 5 of them and honestly made my night. Now I’m gonna go home, watch Netflix and be super dad because of you Carl! This man needs a raise. It’s the little things! “I ordered through the app and usually have no issues but I could not order fries through the app the last 2 times ive been there. I would hope they would fix this soon as I prefer ordering online, pick up and go. And not have to order something from the counter and have to wait.“
“I haven't been to Firehouse in some time. I'm so glad I went there today. The sub was fresh and delicious! And the new fries they are offering are Fire! They were hot, fresh and perfectly salted. They didn't have that fried oil taste that french fries sometimes have.
I almost want to go back tomorrow and get another sub and fries.“

“Three guys at the front made my night. Other Firehouse up the road had to refund my order due to theft and out of sauce...made it a big deal. I walk in the door and I am great by **John Adrian and Ty**. They are hustling like nobody's business, running this sub shop like it was their very own. They took care of me and informed me about their sauce shortage aswell. They were determined to satisfy my visit with a drink and other recommended sauces. In the midst of this interaction they had a list of orders to fill in a busy store. I have no doubt these three are gonna be very successful in life. “Today was beautiful as i watched two first responders purchase a woman a much needed meal and drink and even a dessert and it made me so happy to see such kindness that is so rare these days .Firehouse subs and the selections they have are a great option for a tasty as well as filling meal with multiple chip options and a variety of choices for mix your own drink from the Cocacola brand as well as sweet and unsweet tea made fresh daily. “We had an overall good experience here. There was a slightly long wait for the food, but nothing crazy. The sandwiches were delicious, but the pickle that came with my husband's sandwich was discolored and soggy, and the fries were under salted. I was going to give three stars, but my husband was so happy with his sandwich, I am giving it four. This location was also fairly clean.“
“Firehouse Subs offers a cool spot to grab a hearty sandwich. The subs are packed with tasty meats and cheeses, and they steam them to really bring out the flavors. The place has a firefighter theme, which adds a fun touch, and they even support local fire departments, which is pretty cool. Good food! Great value!

“If I could leave 10 stars, that is what I would give to this establishment! They went above and beyond what any restaurant I have been to in a long time. I have a severe (epi pen) gluten allergy due to Celiac. Eating out is an extremely hard and often disappointing endeavor. I took the risk and off chance, after hearing Firehouse had a gluten free roll. Immediately I was greeted by the gracious, friendly and helpful staff. I explained my situation. Within seconds, it was spread across the staff and I was treated to the most amazing care. They insured that not only would my food be prepared with safety and attention to gluten-free, but presented to me personally. In these days, with customer service taking a backseat to rudeness and profit, I take a bow and tip my hat in respect to the Firehouse Sub staff at Baptist Medical Center Downtown. “I order from this location frequently. My order is usually ready when I arrive even when they are really busy. Usually fresh meat and toppings. There have been some issues with overcooking the roast beef and it's dried out. Tonight my roast beef and my husband's sub were both GREAT!“
“The manager Nathan took care of me and my sons when the app was not working properly. They did not receive my order on their computer even though I had the receipt of it on my phone. He quickly had his staff make the sandwiches and had us on our way. Thanks Nathan“

“Average lunch today. The service was pretty fast for the amount of people that were in line. I heard at least four different people who were upset with something wrong with their orders. Food given to the wrong people, one guy upset that onions were on his sub and a couple of Rachel's trying to figure out which one's order was up. All of the tea containers were missing their lids and there weren't any lemon or lime wedges out. My sub had way too much onion on it and very little meat. It might be a while before I go back.“
