“This was my first time going to this location. The first thing I noticed was how spacious it was. They had more than enough seating. The cashier was very helpful and the sandwich maker was polite. The food came out quickly and had no issues. Will definitely be going back again!“
“Three guys at the front made my night. Other Firehouse up the road had to refund my order due to theft and out of sauce...made it a big deal. I walk in the door and I am great by **John Adrian and Ty**. They are hustling like nobody's business, running this sub shop like it was their very own. They took care of me and informed me about their sauce shortage aswell. They were determined to satisfy my visit with a drink and other recommended sauces. In the midst of this interaction they had a list of orders to fill in a busy store. I have no doubt these three are gonna be very successful in life. I hope a manager gets a hold of this and these gentleman get some recognition. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back again.“
“This is my favorite firehouse subs location. Not the most accessible parking lot, but the food, service, and atmosphere more than make up for it. The wait is never too long, the workers are always very friendly and seem to be in good spirits, and the food it as good as it can get for firehouse subs.Thanks firehouse crew!“
“I like ordering at kiosks. I can be much quicker that way. Attendant was very attentive and noticed I grabbed too small a cup. Appreciated it more when I didn't have to get up for a refill. And of course the food came out promptly and tasted perfect.“
“Last year I ordered a sub online. When I got to the store they told me it wasn't available. I got into a verbal altercation with Dee but the manager and area manager helped resolve it.
+++I order literally everyday the same thing. H&L with double meat and cheese
Today I went there for my same order. There was not double meat. I approach the manager Cristal who agreed the sandwich was not right. She proceeded to remake the sandwiches.
Ms Dee then starts to talk out loud enough for me to hear her across the restaurant telling me she doesn't like me. +++At this point i started recording video on my phone+++the following actions by Ms Dee. Ms Dee was telling me she doesn't like me, she flicked me off, she called me BOY several times. Telling a customer that literally buys a $14.00 sandwich daily monday thru friday that I'm the problem. Other customer continued to tell her she needed to calm down but she refused. Continuing to insult and belittle me in front of the store. I repeatedly asked her name and was told I would not get it. Eventually the manager Cristal gave it to me.
I've escalated this to the people I know within corporate but I'm also awaiting the area managers call to see if I can handle this in the order the restaurant would like it to be handled.
Once resolved I will be more than happy to adjust my review because the rest of the store doesnt need one bad apple to spoil what is normally a great experience.

It looks like 2 months ago Bre Johnson gave almost the same review as I about the same person. How is this location keeping an employee that calls the customer's B++++ and flicking those customers off???????
EDIT: Since the placement of this review. I am OVERJOYED to continue to go to this establishment. The employee in question is no longer there and upper management took it upon themselves to contact me directly with their solutions of which I was in full agreeance with. Noone should ever pay as much money as I had and get ripped off by ONE BAD EMPLOYEE because of their "feelings about you" They should do their job regardless. I'm happy that I could help get this resolved and judging from previous reviews it was a long time coming for this individual. Hopefully this individual learns a valuable lesson and carries that lesson on to their next job and realize that the customer is the reason you are there, not because you are owed something.......FAFO.....“
“This restaurant is always welcoming and clean. The staff is quick and efficient. The food is always great. I have never been disappointed.
Parking: This location is in front of a Super Target whose parking lot is only full when The Blue Angels are in town. There is always parking except on those 2 days every other year.“

Ordered delivery from Kingsley a couple weeks ago and it absolutely sucked, will exclusively use Oakleaf going forward because it was that good. “The staff at this location were absolutely wonderful. I placed my order ahead of time using the firehouse mobile app. When I came in past my pick up time, they informed me that they were behind because of their name day sale. As I looked around, the restaurant was full and everybody behind the counter was bustling. I work in the same plaza, and I understand how busy it can get at times. Everybody was so kind and professional, and I could tell by their faces that they have received negative feedback all night. Very kind and courteous, Thank you again.“

“I happen to stop here when I was picking up my grandbaby for a visit. I have a ton of allergies so I ordered a gluten free turkey no tomato. It wasn't cut so I asked the young lady if she could cut it, I was driving and neede it to be smaller in size to eat. She said no because of the gluten allergy it would cause cross contamination. She gave me a plastic knife. I was so impressed and appreciative that she thought about my allergies!

“Firehouse Subs offers a cool spot to grab a hearty sandwich. The subs are packed with tasty meats and cheeses, and they steam them to really bring out the flavors. The place has a firefighter theme, which adds a fun touch, and they even support local fire departments, which is pretty cool. Good food! Great value!

“My wife got the ny steamer but they were out of corned beef and said it would get extra pastrami but I don’t think it did or the regular comes with just a few pieces. For the price it really isn’t worth it. It was $38 for 2 large sub combos. Better than most hospitals food though and I didn’t have to drive. Staff was awesome.“

There was probably 30+ people in there and they took care of every single one of them. They were cranking out orders like no one’s business. They were an efficient team. “This is a firehouse express. They do not have a full menu and no gluten free bread. It would be nice if it was a full location with a full menu. It is still nice to have this place in the airport. This is a good place to stop for a quick snack
