“Absolutely the best experience ever at a Firehouse Subs location today. Went in with the 2 for $20 combo in mind. Kelly, the manager, said it was an online purchase only. No worries though. She takes my phone and firehouse app, goes through and places our order for us. I pay with my credit card in the app. The order spits out and she is standing at the counter when my order prints out. 5-7mins later we are waiting in the restaurant ! Kelly and her staff were absolutely amazing. Would recommend this location 10/10“
“The food, service, quality is excellent the several times I’ve stopped off here on the way to Freshfield Farms. The gentlemen saw my hands were full with my kids so they put everything in a box to make things easier on me. Small gestures like that really make a business great, and I appreciate it. “I like ordering at kiosks. I can be much quicker that way. Attendant was very attentive and noticed I grabbed too small a cup. Appreciated it more when I didn't have to get up for a refill. And of course the food came out promptly and tasted perfect.“

Ordered delivery from Kingsley a couple weeks ago and it absolutely sucked, will exclusively use Oakleaf going forward because it was that good. “Today was beautiful as i watched two first responders purchase a woman a much needed meal and drink and even a dessert and it made me so happy to see such kindness that is so rare these days .Firehouse subs and the selections they have are a great option for a tasty as well as filling meal with multiple chip options and a variety of choices for mix your own drink from the Cocacola brand as well as sweet and unsweet tea made fresh daily. In addition the fudge brownie was fantastic fudge deliciousness today. The umyounf ladies and gentlemen who work here are so nice and ready to make your taste buds jump for joy.“

“Firehouse Subs offers a cool spot to grab a hearty sandwich. The subs are packed with tasty meats and cheeses, and they steam them to really bring out the flavors. The place has a firefighter theme, which adds a fun touch, and they even support local fire departments, which is pretty cool. Good food! Great value!

“Would be a 5/5 because firehouse has the best subs EVER and I will die on this hill. HOWEVER this is my hometown location and just came back and disappointed in the bathroom, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned it days, black lines in the toilet and not a single piece of toilet paper.“

“If I could leave 10 stars, that is what I would give to this establishment! They went above and beyond what any restaurant I have been to in a long time. I have a severe (epi pen) gluten allergy due to Celiac. Eating out is an extremely hard and often disappointing endeavor. I took the risk and off chance, after hearing Firehouse had a gluten free roll. Immediately I was greeted by the gracious, friendly and helpful staff. I explained my situation. Within seconds, it was spread across the staff and I was treated to the most amazing care. They insured that not only would my food be prepared with safety and attention to gluten-free, but presented to me personally. In these days, with customer service taking a backseat to rudeness and profit, I take a bow and tip my hat in respect to the Firehouse Sub staff at Baptist Medical Center Downtown. You deserve kudos from all you serve. Thank you.

“We had an overall good experience here. There was a slightly long wait for the food, but nothing crazy. The sandwiches were delicious, but the pickle that came with my husband's sandwich was discolored and soggy, and the fries were under salted. I was going to give three stars, but my husband was so happy with his sandwich, I am giving it four. This location was also fairly clean.“

“My experience was great here. Right when I entered I was greeted with a loud welcome to firehouse. The customer service was great and the food was good too. Tyler and Kyle helped me pick out my subs since this was my first time being here. They were very nice and respectful. Definitely well raised boys. My food came quick and hot aswell! “Our orders are usually carry out through the app, so I don’t have an opinion re atmosphere. Service is quick and on point. Our food has been fresh and hot. The mac’n cheese was not impressive but the soups are good. We’ve tried most of the sandwiches and they’re good when the meat is not rolled up down middle of bread. That’s only happened once so far and won’t keep us away. My fave is the Italian. My husband really likes their French fries and chili. Thankful store is near the house!“

“It took 10 minutes to get my sub. Glad the manager was just staring at his employees and wouldn’t get his own hands dirty. Terrible leadership. I felt so bad for those employees giving their blood, sweat, and tears for the customer while the manager was “too good” to help them take care of the customers.

“This was my first time going to this location. The first thing I noticed was how spacious it was. They had more than enough seating. The cashier was very helpful and the sandwich maker was polite. The food came out quickly and had no issues. Will definitely be going back again!“
