My son eats here literally daily & comes in even more often for drinks. We enjoy the stellar customer service from such attentive & kind staff! “Me and my daughter came here on New Year's Eve. They stayed open late and we wanted to go out to eat for a mother daughter date and this was the only thing open. I hadn't been to a Panera in years. It easy to order, the food and service was nice and the employees were very nice. It was a bit cramped due to one section being closed but it was a nice time. My daughter got the chicken sandwich and I got the Caesar salad and Frontega Chicken Sandwich.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“

“Best Panera i been to and i seen a few other thats just sad and depressing inside.They hide the cups so u HAVE to go to the register which takes time and if you just need a drink and go 5 - 10 minutes is not great..But not here staff is at least friendly and i dont feel like im walking back in time when i enter lol.“

“for the coffee, years ago it used to be sooo watery every single time- now the iced coffee is like cold brew level ??and the “hot coffee” isn’t hot all the time but it’s super strong and i really appreciate whoever is actually caring about the coffee here- it’s one of the main things of a shop like this- i go to other paneras almost everyday and some of them have super weak coffee so whoever is monitoring the quality here- thank you! i look forward to coming everytime cause i know how good the coffee is. the service here has definitely been extraordinary compared to the past ??“
“Great place to take your family. I have 4 kids ranging from 7months to 10yrs old and sometimes it can be difficult. The staff here took our order perfectly and friendly then helped us find a table large enough to fit us all and when food was ready they just came up and helped bring all of our food to our table then came to check on us multiple times and when we were finishing up they brought out some nice cookies for the kids after asking if it was okay free of charge. Even helped us clean up our table. I will definitely be going back. Wish I can write a 10 star review.“
“I refuse to go to the Panera at The Towncenter after an inaccurate to-go order was unprofessionally and poorly handled.So this Panera Bread by the Target on Hodges / Beach has become my favorite. And with good cause. Their top of the receipt, just below their address and phone number, assures that Accuracy Matters and that they will make things right when a mistake affects an order. So far - no order errors.The customer service is sincere and excellent. The place, including bathrooms, are clean; tables well bussed. There is a new manager here and it shows. He energetically greets all the customers and recognizes regulars who smile at his kind attention. The staff - from order taking to pick up - treat customers very well, giving the impression they are well treated by the company in turn.My only ick is the code needed to access the restroom. I understand the why. This is a for-profit company that has struggled with an increasing number of houseless community members who camp out nearby. The bathroom code must be requested of staff. It keeps the unhoused from using the facilities. And paying customers are more comfortable on the business premises, encouraging revenue.“
“Food was good this time but service was non existent. We used the kiosk and then kept searching for someone to hand us our cups. Mean took almost 15 minutes fir 2 pick 2 sandwiches and salads but they were as ordered. We bused our own table and had to find someone to ask for additional napkins. They're prices have just gone through the roof while limiting menu options“

“I went thru the drive thru last week on a Thursday morning and was met with the most adorable, pleasantful knowledgeable and happy cashier named Skylaeur. I originally wasnt feeling good and she made my day turn around. She has an beautiful smile and very upbeat. I also had a tomato soup, green tea, and half of grilled cheese sandwich which were all very delicious. Def would go back esp if Skylauer is working. I loved her spirit and how fast she was in service.“
“I really can't say enough about this team and their store. I eat here twice a week because of my office being next door and every time I come everyone is so welcoming and kind. The cashiers are always patient and kind. I couldn't not end this review without mentioning the manager Trey. He is honestly amazing! So sweet but keeps such an awesome atmosphere within there store.
