“Shannon has come into this location on Guava in Lady Lake and turned it around. The last 3 months at that location were horrible, but now it is now great! They have also switched to Pepsi products and made sure that the bread, meat, and vegetables are fresh!“

“The team at this location last night was working their butts Off. Shame on firehouse, corporate local whoever owns the place. These people did not have the supplies they needed to do their jobs out of food. They didn’t have proper working equipment. The toaster wasn’t working. They were getting slammed with online orders. Geez, you guys were even out of pickles and then not a single Christmas decoration in the whole entire store to be a fireman based company pretty shameful that you don’t have any Christmas decorations up, but that team was absolutely amazing. The guy working was doing amazing job leading his team and pushing through the craziness that you guys set him up trying to make them fail do better. Well, your team was definitely living up to your firehouse mission and three core pillars of hearty flavor from food. Heart fill service in public safety invest some of that into your team.“

“The food was incredibly fresh. I had the cheese steak sub which had an excellent flavor although I'd have enjoyed a little more cheese and a little more steak. They have three sizes of subs. Everything was on paper.

They will customize the subs, and offer to do so. The toppings are not set out like subway (which was fine with me), but they are pictured. You order first, sit and wait while they prepare it. It came up quickly, we had enough time to get our drinks. They have fresh brewed sweet tea and unsweetened tea in addition to a free-style coke machine with endless combinations.

The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a sub shop in a strip mall, but it did have a few props related to fire fighting. I couldn't see into the food prep area, but the dining area was clean.

Service wasn't over friendly, nobody welcomed us or approached us. That was good for me because I needed time to decide what I wanted. When I went to the register to order, they were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kudos to them for a great experience.

Two things I didn't like were the fact that the menu was difficult to read and the chili was not what I expected or experienced before. I'd have liked to have handheld menus available the one behind the counter was difficult to see especially since the counter is very high. The chili was odd. It had the most finely ground beef I've every seen. It tasted like processed ingreditents quickly thrown together, but not cooked together. If you don't like beans in your chili, you'd likely enjoy it me than I did. It had three beans. Not anything to complain about. It just didn't meet or exceed any expectation I had. Don't let it stop you from trying it, you may like it. We didn't. That said, everything else was fantastic.“

The staff here seems well-trained and courteous, but there were only two of them, and as much as they were hustling and getting orders accurate, they were having trouble keeping up. So we had to wait as our order was slightly delayed, no biggie.“

“I visited the Subway inside Circle K this morning around 11 o'clock, craving a fresh sandwich. I was greeted by a very sweet young lady, which is so rare these days. She was incredibly kind and attentive. After giving her my order, I decided to add a kids' meal for my senior dog, and she handled it with professionalism and warmth. We even had a nice conversation, which is rare to find while someone is working — she truly made my experience special.
I've been here many times and have met various employees, but I really hope she stays because she’s a true asset to the company. She listened carefully to my order, was very attentive, and her caring demeanor made my visit so much better than I expected. I asked her name, which is Yeleika (a bit hard to spell), so I hope the management recognizes her for her exceptional service.
The store was clean, well-maintained, and everything looked great. The sandwich was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was craving. Overall, my experience today was outstanding, and I believe it deserves five stars. Thank you, Yeleika, for your wonderful service — you made my day!“

“The gentleman that was working made a very bad situation good! Apparently, they no longer serve foot long cookies. Unfortunately I ordered on the app and paid, so did not know until I got there. Of course , I was running late and needed this for my grandson's birthday supper. The man working went to the back and found the last 4, compensated me with different already baked cookies for the 5th I had paid for. He was courteous and I appreciate his effort so very much!!!“

“I had them cater for a group of 60 during Covid. They made up 60 box lunches and Shannon went above and beyond by marking on the outside of the boxes what type of bread and cheese were on each sandwich. Well definitely use them again. Kudos to Shannon and your team!!“
