“For starters, service was very exceptional! I wasn’t planning on doing a review… BUT The moment I put in my order at the kiosk and found a seat, my order came out just as fast. I thought to myself “that can’t be fresh?!” But I was definitely mistaken! Don’t think I’ve ever had a McDonalds sandwich that looked like the commercial’s haha. Secondly great customer service from most of the staff especially Ms Jennifer Cody and thanks for having a nice clean eating environment! Keep up the good work you all and don’t let up!“
“I am literally impressed by Lindsay’s amazing Customer Service skills. She caught a mistake on my bill, that I didn’t even notice, and let me know right away. She also was proactive on getting me the refund (that was basically half of my purchase total). If you are her manager, please, recognize her work ethic and efficiency.“
