“Wow! I decided to stop at KD's food truck on a whim and I am so glad that I did. The wings were....*chef's kiss. I got spicy Asian and my partner got dry rub. I hardly ever clean my plate but after ordering a 6 piece spicy Asian wings combo with the fries I legit contemplated chewing the bones, that's how good they were. Well seasoned crispy skin with a juicy center. Ordering only 6 was a mistake, I can see that this will be a once a week guilty pleasure for me. If you haven't stopped by KD's kitchen yet, do yourself a favor and get you some wings.“

We both took home half of our sandwich. The ingredients were fresh! The only downside was the drink options. No fountain soda, tea ( hot tea only) or diet drink options in the cooler. There is a water cooler but would prefer to pay for a bottle of water. Would order again but will bring my own drink.“

“My husband, Al, and I dined at the Chef's Table on Feb 19 2024 and celebrated my birthday. We ordered from the chef's tasting menu and could not have been more pleased. It was one of the best restaurant meals we have had in a very long time. You see I am a classically trained and award-winning chef in my own right so my standards are quite high and I am, more often than not, disappointed in restaurants, even fine dining establishments. Al started with the "Heartbreaker" Cocktail, which was excellent then he had the mushroom and chive crepe torte for an appetizer, exceptional and enough for 2 to share actually so we brought part of it back to the hotel and had it for lunch the next day. He then chose the Duck confit, also outstanding. For dessert he had the chocolate torte with the toasted marshmallow ice cream and caramel sauce, again, beyond delicious and the ice cream was the best thing i've had in my mouth in a long time. Al also did the wine pairing with his courses. I sampled each pairing and they were perfectly matched. I tried the Mr. Pink as an aperitif and loved every drop but the pink peppercorn's stole the show. Then I started with the foie gras. Every bite just brings you to your knees. This was the main reason we selected The Chef's Table to begin with because I had to have foie gras. I chose the filet for my entree and I must say it may have been one of the best filet's i've ever eaten. Cooked perfectly medium rare with a char that was to die for. I brought part of my filet back to the hotel to go with the torte for lunch the next day. Even warmed up it was delicious. For dessert I had the mission fig bread pudding, which had a fantastic texture and was the perfect level of sweetness. I paired the pecan pie martini with it and it was decadent and complimented the dessert perfectly. I did not opt for the wine pairing as a sip of two from Al's were enough for me. Our server, JJ, was attentive, funny, and generous with her time. The manager came by twice to chat with us. The atmosphere was romantic but not stuffy and we had a great view of the kitchen, which as a chef is simply theatre for me. Lastly, the prices were not stupid. This kind of tasting menu can easily run well over $100 pp without the wine pairing. I appreciate the fact that, while affordable, it was elegant and indulgent. “Great food. My son loves either the pancakes(with chocolate chips of course!) and the tenders. The tenders are fresh and a decent size(much better than any other restaurant we have been to). My husband and I love getting the club or Philly! The apple cinnamon pancakes are seasonal but an absolute treat, when it’s not in season I stick with the cinnamon pancakes. Our meal never just ends at metro, we always take home a slice of chocolate cake to share. If you’re a chocolate lover it’s absolutely amazing!“

“Seth is the only reason I come here. His service is 10/10 and the rest of the offerings of this Applebees are merely passable.

I can’t even imagine coming here if Seth wasn’t behind the bar. He’s often doing hostess and waiting on tables while running the bar. I pretty much only see him here most days and this guy DESERVES A RAISE or a promotion, asap.

This place would crumble like a house of cards without Seth.

They have chairs available for small children as well as a varied menu for them.

“We love Culver's it's one of the best burger places I've ever eaten at. It's just a tad expensive so we can't do it weekly but once a month we always get the double deluxe butter burger. My father loves the mushroom swiss. And the ice cream is to die for. It's a frozen custard that's sooo smooth. Kids meals get a coupon for a free small one. They always get our order right. It's not fast food. They cook everything to order.“

Still great food and servers! And still a little too loud inside lol. I've been here at least 15-20 times now. The food always tastes great! Anything I've ever ordered was great. And I like eating here. I just wish they'd put sound dampening panels on the ceiling and/or walls to bring the decibel level down. I told them about this several times and they're fully aware. It's like deafeningly loud in this place simply because of the concrete floor and metal, which is fine for a bar at night, but a little annoying if you're trying to talk to somebody during lunch or dinner. And forget about trying to read a book if you're eating by yourself lol. Eating on the actual porch helps, but you know, it's Florida and 1000 degrees out there ?

2019:
Seriously love the food at this place! My kid loves it too. Excellent burgers, wings, tots, sandwhiches, HUGE pickles, etc. I've never had anything bad here. Good drinks, bloody Mary bar on Sundays. Servers are nice. Decor is cool and modern. Location is convenient. Parking can be a pain sometimes, but they have a good size lot. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I really do like this place. My only complaint here is the sound level, which makes it difficult to relax (my opinion). I think its because of all the cement/wood/metal decor. This is all the time, but it is especially loud during a sporting event. Go if you love sports! You will love the energy! Don't go if you want to talk to the people next to you - you will end up yelling a lot. I went once with a group after a movie at Winter Park Village - we had to wait until we ate and left to discuss the movie lol We couldn't hear each other. I find myself wanting to eat here a lot for the food, but then sometimes skipping out because of the decibel level. This place is popular with the young crowd. You don't see many older couples here relaxing and talking. I should note that during the cooler part of the year, it all works out by sitting outside :)“

“First a shout out to Brandt. He wasn’t our waiter but still stopped by to see how we were and if we needed more silverware or plates (had a party of 4, 2 adults 2 small children - 2 meals split). After bringing us more plates and silverware to accommodate our need he came by 5 minutes later to double check all is well.

The food was good. Nothing crazy but Mel’s meatball mountain was pretty good. Basic but just right. You’re coming here for the theme IMO not the food.

Only reason not for a 5 star was I due believe the quality of the food doesn’t equal the cost of the plate. Solid but a little over priced.
I also would have liked my kids to of met a minion. Was in the restaurant for close to an hour but no sign of one.

All in all it’s worth a visit if you have little ones!“
