The owner, George, and the head chef, went out of their way to make sure we had our Haitian Pork and Rice for our wedding, which was a really meaningful thing for us to incorporate into our wedding. Our wedding was the first time that many of my family members got to try Haitian food and experience a little bit of my husband's Haitian culture. The food was absolutely incredible and we are still receiving wonderful reviews of the food. Our guests were blown away by how good the food was.Additionally, the waitstaff provided by Door2Door were incredibly professional and friendly. They did so much work that day and were kept very busy, yet everyone had a smile on their face and was so attentive. “We had the pleasure of using Broward Catering as our food vendor for our May wedding last year at Crystal Ballroom on Lake Melva. Elvis was super cool and accommodating. We got to experience his own wedding venue for the day of the tasting and quite frankly I regret not being able to book my wedding there initially but we had booked our venue way before he even had it open. Needless to say we chose a lemon piccata and sweet chili glazed salmon as our entree paired with garlic mash and vegetable medley. Everyone was satisfied and we also used his services for our walk around apps for cocktail hour. My guests til this day talk about the meatballs. Although communication wasn’t there always due to his high demand, he was the least stressful part of my wedding planning and in the end myself, my husband and the entire wedding was truly enjoying the food! “Douglas K Catering did my wedding in March 2024. Food for 65 people. We did a buffet of about 6 small plate items, and 1 one main dish, all in chafing dishes. It was delicious and more affordable than any other caterer I found. The staff was great, both in ordering everything, and in delivering to the event venue and staffing it with 2 very professional servers. We were so happy with everything they did! And the chicken and waffles dish was the Best!!“

“Don Pablo is a quality experience - fresh ingredients, tasty food, and exceptional service. I’ve had a lot of Mexican food in my life but this is one I’ll keep thinking about and going back to.
The family and I stopped by Don Pablo on a recent trip, and more than once it was our meal.
From the nachos, to the bowls, to the tacos, to the burritos, everything was top notch. The salsas and sauces are mouth watering, the meats are full of flavor and cooked just right, the portions are very generous and ingredients aren’t spared.
The family ordered birria tacos, California burritos, chicken nachos, and chicken tacos.
The nachos and bowls (both ordered vegetarian) are something I will think of when I’m wanting comfort food.
Man, it was sooooo good! I will be going back when I am back in the area

But I'm there every week - so much to say. 1) If you want a traditional butcher, who knows how to clean, cut and recommend meat, then save your peace of mind and money. Ditch the rest and go the Doris. 2) I'm from Europe and gave up on finding a good butcher.....then I found Doris. I needed a lamb shoulder for Christmas. They cut, trimmed and gave me the best lamb roast I've ever had the luck to find. But it wasn't luck. They'll even tell you how to cook it. I went back got whole, leg and thing, split chicken breasts. Then I graduated to the freshly made Italian sausages, clams, and other sundry items. I genuinely enjoy shopping there. Yes, the queues for meat can be long. But that's only because those who know, go to Doris and the staff are very nice, professional and knowledgeable. For value, quality, exceptional customer service and a restaurant quality finish to all your meals, I cant find another store than bests them. I've stopped buying supermarket meat fish, baked goods and fruit/veg. For what I pay in publix and the rest of them, the quality just isn't there. Eat clean, eat healthy - go to Doris and stay out of the Dr's office. 10/10“
