“I’ve been enjoying Larry’s for 23 years now. Great place, second to none. Unfortunately, my wife just loves to use Uber Eats. This note showed up in our lunch order.

I was/am elated that an employee called uber out like this. Amazing 👏🏻. It was so refreshing. I can imagine the frustration of the staff, as they watched our driver texting in the parking lot, for 20 minutes, while our food just sat on the counter. Infuriating.

I appreciate the accountability, duty, service & attention to detail, especially at the Jax Beach location. Customers for life, but I will now be coming to pick our food up, myself. Lesson learned.

“Until the last couple visits, things were fine. I don't know if it's new management or what, but sandwiches were horrible. Not even close to the items that were supposed to be on the sandwiches, no cheese, and very little meat. Big change from the way they used to be. This is for the location on Beville Road in Daytona Beach.“

“Absolutely the best experience ever at a Firehouse Subs location today. Went in with the 2 for $20 combo in mind. Kelly, the manager, said it was an online purchase only. No worries though. She takes my phone and firehouse app, goes through and places our order for us. I pay with my credit card in the app. The order spits out and she is standing at the counter when my order prints out. 5-7mins later we are waiting in the restaurant ! Kelly and her staff were absolutely amazing. Would recommend this location 10/10“

“Larry's made the mistake of shrinking the size of their sandwiches by trying to be sneaky and decreasing the width of their bread, as if we would not notice. They didn't want to follow Firehouse in just raising the prices dramatically, which most customers would prefer over shrinkflation. Sad, because they were our go-to for subs, especially with the military discount. They will probably try to deny it, but we were regulars for years and know the difference. We now call them pencil sandwiches. Sad.“

“Had a great experience, We tried the Cajun Chicken and Cajun Steak subs, and both were fresh and flavorful. The customer service was excellent, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The restaurant had a clean, comfortable atmosphere that made the visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu. Highly recommend!“

Second time coming in today and they were the nicest people I’ve met and when I say they made those subs so fast it was like magic for real.
