I was/am elated that an employee called uber out like this. Amazing 👏🏻. It was so refreshing. I can imagine the frustration of the staff, as they watched our driver texting in the parking lot, for 20 minutes, while our food just sat on the counter. Infuriating.

I appreciate the accountability, duty, service & attention to detail, especially at the Jax Beach location. Customers for life, but I will now be coming to pick our food up, myself. Lesson learned.

“Until the last couple visits, things were fine. I don't know if it's new management or what, but sandwiches were horrible. Not even close to the items that were supposed to be on the sandwiches, no cheese, and very little meat. Big change from the way they used to be. This is for the location on Beville Road in Daytona Beach.“

“Larry's made the mistake of shrinking the size of their sandwiches by trying to be sneaky and decreasing the width of their bread, as if we would not notice. They didn't want to follow Firehouse in just raising the prices dramatically, which most customers would prefer over shrinkflation. Sad, because they were our go-to for subs, especially with the military discount. They will probably try to deny it, but we were regulars for years and know the difference. We now call them pencil sandwiches. Sad.“

“Absolutely the best experience ever at a Firehouse Subs location today. Went in with the 2 for $20 combo in mind. Kelly, the manager, said it was an online purchase only. No worries though. She takes my phone and firehouse app, goes through and places our order for us. I pay with my credit card in the app. The order spits out and she is standing at the counter when my order prints out. 5-7mins later we are waiting in the restaurant ! Kelly and her staff were absolutely amazing. Would recommend this location 10/10“

If you’re going to eat here, definitely go inside to order because the drive thru takes forever. And once you’re in, there’s no way out of the drive thru the way it’s designed. When we finally got to drive thru window, our order was wrong. All that aside, the inside service is good. Fast, food is delicious. Very filling and tastes delicious! I think the bread is what makes it so good! I get a turkey sub, and the turkey isn’t overly dry like most cold cut turkey and doesn’t have that slimy layer. Everything tastes very fresh. they serve Pepsi products, my preference. They also offer canned Coke products. I would also like to state this is one of the few locations in town that don’t use a cheaper quality ranch which is a make or break for my sandwich. The Philly is decent as well. Because I didn’t see any pictures or mentions, there is outside seating.“

“First timers! Husband and I ordered an Original Philly Cheesesteak, Ultimate Fries, and Buffalo Wings. We shared the order and still had food left over. Everything was delicious. We couldn’t shove it in our faces quick enough. Sandwich bread was soft and fresh, not soggy. Meat was well seasoned. The fries were loaded with ranch, bacon and cheese - - my new favorite! The buffalo wings were a bit too spicy for him, but just right for my pallet. Will definitely be ordering from here again.“

“I love this Subway. The workers are sociable and efficient. They tend to be out of stuff later in the week (they resupply on Tuesdays, apparently) and I like hanging out here so there's a genuine concern that I'm the reason they were out of Pepsi this week. Sorry lol

Not a whole lot of seating, but it's very comfortable. It gets a bit messy because the workers tend to be busy, but nothing I'd consider outrageous. + The decoration is pleasant to the eye.

This Subway tends to be pretty cold (very good for me, as the Guy Who Likes Being Cold), which may not be for everyone, but is spectacular when you've been dealing with Florida heat (agony).

Getting food here tends to be expensive unless you get the Meal of the Day. The Chicken Bacon Ranch is especially yummy“

“My hubby and I went in around 9am on 4/15/2023. Had some coupons in mail so we decided to try. Was greeted before and after. Place was clean. Nice gentlemen there and a nice lady help us. The lady was very helpful with suggesting on my husband's sandwhich. They do use sub coupons. They do have a breakfast menu near bottom right on there menus. Bought a 6 inch wheat bread with 2 eggs and veggies toasted. Now the eggs might not be for everyone but for me it hit the spot. Husband got a steak, egg and cheese with veggies on wheat bread toasted. Deliciously made & satisfied. Now the tea though could of been better, it tasted a bit off.They have a men's & women's 1 stall each restrooms in back.“
