The dishes were fresh and packed with flavor, from the classic favorites like General Tso’s Chicken to the perfectly cooked fried rice. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were generous offering great value for the price. “Well prepared dishes that are prepared beautifully with complex flavors. Wontons are a staple on the menu and when you try them you will understand why. Delicate and savory goodness. The other two dishes we ordered were just okay (potato dumplings and cauliflower). I’m sure some of the other items were super yummy but our stomachs could only handle a light dinner (had a super late lunch). The service was very knowledgeable and polite. Please keep in mind they do not alter their menu items so those who have dietary concerns should call ahead since they change their menu often. The ambiance was just okay. It’s located inside a Citibank building on the ground floor. Lighting could be better and perhaps an upgrade on seating and tables. Totally doable but a bit dated. All in all a lovely experience.“

“Sesame Asian is pretty far from me but I have been seeing promos so I took the leap and tried it. I arrived on Friday night and there was plenty of parking in the parking lot. I had friends who had already arrived so we met them in a booth. The con about this part - we didn't see a server for 20 minutes. We had a canteen of water on the table but no water glasses. My guest and I were pretty thirsty for these 20 minutes. We didn't see the original server my friends had seen so we just flagged someone.

Food - pretty impressive for the price. You get unlimited lobster, crab legs, raw oysters, sushi, hot food, dimsum and dessert. They did include a menu where each paying guest can choose one item out of the 4 items they had to be freshly cooked for your table. I went with the creamy udon pasta and my guest chose the lobster. We didn't like that the lobster on the buffet was a full lobster where we had to break it ourselves and that it was cold. When it's cold, the meat is a bit tougher. The oysters were delicious but they didn't have any vinaigrette to pair with. Sushi and sashimi was good. Dimsum were in heated bamboo trays and were decent. The hot food did have a few items that look interesting such as sesame chicken and bulgogi but these items looked overcooked sitting in a heater.

I would say I definitely got my money's worth with a full lobster and oysters. I also really loved the creamy udon pasta and would come back ASAP for that! I did appreciate the scissors and crackers they left next to the lobster because we needed that to break our lobster. It was a lot of work. Last, they brought dessert out to us. We received strawberry ice cream, passion fruit shaved ice, chocolate cheesecake and macarons. I don't think they necessarily go together but we split this and it was a sweet ending.“
