“This place is awesome, if you go to Miami like a tourist like me and go to "famous" places to eat down 8th Street, Miami Beach or Downtown Miami, you found those places are ok, but you will notice no many Cubans go there. I found this place thanks to the manager of my hotel, I ask like any other was is the best place to eat in Miami..... she told me go straight is this place call Las Mercedes (she eats there for 20 years) This restaurant is for Cuban people, all bean are boil very early in the morning and that make a huge difference in flavor, the owner is very nice and we talk a lot every time I go there, prices are for working people when you go there you see a lot of blue collar people and they come and go all day. The only downside I will found is that they open 6:30 to 6:00 but other than that for flavor, service and price this is the best place to eat in Miami, the have specials for every day of the week and I tried all of them all I can said is Yummyyyy !!!“

“Carlos was absolutely amazing with his customer service. I came right when they sold out on the Reina pepiada & I was sad because I really wanted that (this was my 2nd time coming) but he took his time on giving me other options and was so sweet even though I was taking a while on deciding. He even gave me a little chocolate too. This is such a wonderful place to come and eat at, the food is always delicious and the customer service is always on point. Can’t wait to come back again ??“

“An incredible experience! The grilled chicken was simply spectacular: juicy, flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The meat came off easily and each bite was an explosion of flavor. Side dishes, such as potatoes and salads, were also fresh and well prepared. But what really made our visit special was the service. Valentina, our waitress, was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home with his friendliness, attention to detail, and perfect recommendations. It is evident that he cares about each client and does everything possible to make the experience unforgettable. We will definitely return, both for the delicious grilled chicken and for Valentina's excellent service. 100% recommended“

“We stumbled in here for lunch, exploring the neighborhood. At first, I thought the menu for lunch was too small perhaps with too many ingredients for each dish. Clearly my mistake. This kitchen really knows how to combine ingredients for incredible flavor and balance. It’s clear that the chef has put a lot of thought into each of these dishes, without them being fussy or overly wrought. The sweet potato bowl was an explosion of flavors and incredibly satisfying. Even though we were full, I insisted on trying both desserts. The house made vanilla ice cream with rum was one of the best vanillas I’ve ever had and their take on the Pavlova, well, I would come back just for that. Maria provided knowledgeable and attentive service and the overall vibe of the place will bring us back for dinner soon, bravo, Flora..“

“Charles and Larry have taken patacones to another level. From the first bite, you can notice the quality and care with which each one is prepared. Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they have the ideal balance between texture and flavor. Plus, the portions are gigantic, making it worth every penny.
I tried the patacones with shredded meat and added fried egg, and I have no words to describe how incredible it was. The explosion of flavors was very good!

The Tiradito appetizer was a revelation – the fresh salmon, tuna, and white fish, simply dressed in lime juice with a hint of salt and seeds, were melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The sushi pizza? An addictive fusion of Latin flavors that's impossible to resist. I also tried two new items: the Kiss Me Twice Roll with roasted bell peppers and the Dubai Crepe, both instant favorites. “The food here is AMAZING. These are the *best* made plant-based burgers I've eaten that taste like meat. They even have plant based fried egg you can add to the burger that tastes like a real egg!
The atmosphere is super low key and chill so manage your expectations but it is great to go, grab a bite to eat, and chill with your friends!

“Recién tengo 1 mes en Miami y ya fui 2 veces, la primera vez pedimos pollo a la brasa con papas y ensalada, como si estuviéramos en el Perú el pollo buenísimo, las papas la mejores que he comido, la segunda vez pedimos un Lomo Saltado qué es mi plato favorito y la verdad, el mejor que he comido y un Ají de Gallina qué estuvo maravilloso, todo de primera, la atención del personal excelente muy profesional y amables.
