“I visited on a quiet Monday morning when the cafe was empty except for myself and two baristas. I ordered a matcha latte with vanilla and a croissant. I’ll start by saying the matcha was definitely high quality and clearly prepped with care (was not clumpy whatsoever). However, I had asked for vanilla to be added and could barely taste it in the drink. It also took nearly 15 minutes to receive the croissant, which I found odd considering I was served my drink first, and if you are an avid matcha drinker, you know that takes a decent amount of time to make.
During the wait, the two baristas were conversing with each other (quite loud I might add) including some complaints about the company and wages, which felt unprofessional with customers in the lobby. That said, both the matcha and the croissant tasted great—I just think the overall experience could have been more attentive.“

“1st time to Boynton Beach new location today. Outstanding burrata salad (arugula, tomato, prosciutto) and thin and perfect crust, cheese pizza. Paulina, our server, was delightful.Lots of pizza and salad options. Nice wine list, but doing dry January, so had to pass it up! I’m looking forward to returning….could do this once a week!“

“Old Days has been a consistently good spot, but I’ve noticed a slight decline in food quality over my last few visits. The first two times I went, everything was excellent easily a five-star experience. However, the last two visits felt a bit different, and I suspect they may have a new chef. The drinks are still phenomenal, which is a major plus, but the food has changed slightly.
For example, the beef short rib was still very good, but I preferred the previous version with the rich gravy rather than the jus it now comes with. The latte was solid, no complaints there. Overall, I’d rate it a strong four across the board. I’ll definitely be back, but I do hope they bring back some of the flavors that originally made this place stand out.“

“Friends recommended highly. The online menu made us question whether it’s worth the trip (looks like a pizza place). We got there (fairly inconspicuous look) and were unsure. Until we got the food. Boom. Excellent! Every dish has a positive twist. Including the pizza :) Highly recommended“

“How beautiful! I’ve lived in the Grove area since I was young, and never knew of this place. We had the Miami spice menu, and the food was delicious and served in sizeable portion. The service was truly out of this world, and the view from the top of the hotel was gorgeous.“

“I’ve only used uber eats with Phuc Yea but the chicken and tofu pho are truly the best I’ve ever had in general and without a doubt the best I’ve ever had in South Florida. There was a recent change where they no longer deliver to my home via uber eats which was the biggest deviation ever***…. I truly cannot express how good this pho is… the broth alone will single-handedly revive you from the deepest depths of sadness or your worst hangover…. Side note - even though it was super far away from me (30-40 min) it arrived PIPING hot in the very best way… when writing this - 4.1 stars sickens me for how good this is….“

“This review is long overdue and I've been slacking. I cannot gush about this place enough! I heard about maman opening up before it was actually opened. Stoked about it because it's originally a NYC spot. And we all know NYC has some of the best eats!!!
Went during first week after it opened in Feb 2024 because coincidentally I was in Wynwood for something else. Had to stop in to snag some coffee and their Dark Chocolate Orange Cubed Croissant. Absolute heaven. The cubed croissant was perfectly layered and fun to eat. The filling was just the right hint of sweetness without being overly indulgent.
The ambiance is everything. I walked in and was immediately transported to a cute French cafe. The decor is heavenly. They thought of every little detail from the space, furniture, lighting, dishware, glassware, wallpaper and presentation on every level. It's super charming. I loved it so much I had planned a girls brunch the following month in March. We couldn't wait!
Brunch day came and my girlfriends fell in love with the space just as much as I did. They don't take reservations, first come first serve. So we arrived on a Sat morning as soon as they opened and were seated right away. Had a bit of everything. We had a variety of cocktails, because brunch. Sangria Tropicale was yummy. The Everything Croissant & Salmon Sandwich and Eggs Ratatouille is so damn good. My girls enjoyed the Croque maman but it was too much for me, too much cheese and way too rich.
We noticed our server wasn't dressed like the rest of the staff so we asked him about it. Turns out our server was also the owner, Ben. That says everything about the owner that they are willing to jump out there and help their team and do the work. Ben was awesome! He was incredibly kind and so very humble. He told us that he moved to South Florida from NYC and planned on opening several other maman locations. I love everything about maman so I'm so happy for their success! We had a lovely brunch experience and I would highly recommend. We even got a selfie with Ben. Such a cool guy! Thanks for the hospitality Ben. Sorry for this super late review. Lol.
I was at maman this past weekend after the South Florida Seafood Festival. I told hubby since we were in the area, we had to stop by maman which was right around the corner. Literally made it there 10 minutes before closing and Yann was kind enough to accommodate my order for coffee and pastries, whatever was left. Haha. We got a Honey Lavender Latte, Espresso d'Orange, Kouign maman and Banana Walnut Bread. The Kouign maman is KING!!! I am obsessed with peeling the layers like a sideways fruit roll up. The flavor and caramelization was absolute perfection. Dare I say it's even better than Dominque Ansel's Kouign Amann which is the first time I ever had this pastry. OH EM GEEEEE!!! Don't skip on this. Next time I will stock up. Lol. Banana Walnut Bread was just ok, quite dry and not very moist as I had hoped.

“We walked in and waited for maybe a minute or two. After which, someone came up and seated us for our reservation. We chose to sit at the bar and were helped immediately with our order. The food and drinks were really good! We ordered the churrasco to be cooked medium, and it was perfect. We also ordered a couple beers, and they were honestly really nice. Each one we ordered was good. Definitely will come back again! Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were on point.“

“Food is consistently and absolutely incredible!! always a smart choice. My friend and I have visited twice in the past two weeks before I leave the country, and there will be more to come. Nothing bad to say there!
My only thing is that our server today, Jeremy, was terrible. He didn’t welcome us, or really say anything at all. When he did talk, it was so low we constantly asked him to repeat himself. Why is he a server? He needs some training to be up to par to the service expected at a place like Pastis. We asked him to pack up all the left over food after he offered, and come home to find out he only did half and threw the rest away.“

“We had lunch at Atchana’s, a Thai restaurant, very pleasant, exotic flavors. It is located in the heart of Coconut Grove, on the banks of Grand Ave. We were very well attended, pleasant atmosphere, kind people and good food. The dishes are very well served, with exotic and spicy flavors, but delicious. It has indoor and outdoor environments, we preferred to stay in the air-conditioned room, it was a very pleasant lunch. I recommend trying the flavors, a good experience.“

“Stunning restaurant in Brickell Restaurant. My husband and I love good food and the sexy fish did not disappoint. A little too crowded for my liking but that’s just a preference thing. The atmosphere was very upbeat and presentation of each meal was perfect. 10/10 recommend. If you’re looking for a luxurious Asian experience then this is it! “This place is really cool. I’m local and just stumbled across it looking for a place open late for dinner. Their kitchen is open until midnight. The food is surprisingly good and fresh. Everything seems homemade and they have some of the best French fries I’ve ever had. I got the veggie burger with a lettuce wrap (vegan option). The vibe is also cool with a lot of character. A mix of locals and tourists alike. Service was okay despite Saturday night crowds.“

We ordered ham cachitos and ham and cheese, and I think the flavor is EXACTLY like the ones in Venezuela. It's incredible. The latte is spectacular, and one of my friend ordered bread with eggs because she's fitness and she loved it.
