““ Went in around happy hour for girls night on Thursday, ordered a Mojito. It did not have any mint or enough alcohol. It seemed watered down. The bartender dicey that night seemed upset as we told our waiter we didn’t like the drinks. Felt super uncomfortable. They had a full bar only one person making drinks for the whole restaurant. Happy hour menu was great however, no complaints on the food at all. Flat bread & bang bang shrimp was out of this world. But the service and quality control was easily overlooked, 2 stars.“

“We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. The food was excellent and the service was the best I have seen in years anywhere... Everyone was attentive.. Smiling.. Made us feel like they were there for us! My wife and I are still taking about it. Great Job!!“

“I love coming here with my father. Jorge has been my server more times than one. The salads are my favorite and the Flo Filet. Jorge is so efficient, kind, fast, accommodating, caring and absolutely funny. He's so fast, I keep telling him he needs rollerskates, he's that fast. I love the ambiance with this longhorn.
