Starbucks in Naples

“I am fairly new to using Starbucks because I’m not a coffee drinker and I only like a special type of green tea that they do not carry. But I do love their dragon drinks. So today I decided to go for one this afternoon, walked into a very quiet Starbucks on fifth Avenue in Naples with two employees standing behind the counter talking about when one is going to take their break. Stood there with my app open, waiting to be recognized or even waited on what they totally ignored me. I’m still not sure they knew I was there even though I was right in front of them only 2 feet away. Got tired of waiting and left very disappointed in more ways than one. I have never had that experience in any Starbucks that I’ve ever been to.“

“I went to Starbucks on a very busy day and ordered a drink it came out amazing but I had a very special request at the window I told the man that I had just found out my girlfriend was pregnant and we had the gender in an envelope he took the time and let me ask him if he could make a special drink either pink or blue for the baby not only did he let me get the special drink for free he threw in 2 PINK!! Cake pops making our experience so much batter I’m so happy to be having a girl and I’m so happy the man could do that for us he’s an amazing person I will definitely go back looking for him 10000/10 experience“

She really moves the line along, she always asks me if I want to use points, and informs me of promotions....I really feel like she would make a great manager. “This Starbucks location is located inside Target on Pine Ridge Road in Naples. It is located as soon as you enter the store. It is basically your typical Starbuck store and products. It was very clean and the employees were very nice. They have everything you need from tea, coffee and foods.“

“Starbucks inside Coastland Center mall in Naples stands out as one of the nicer locations I’ve visited in the area. The setup is really well done and feels more polished than your typical Starbucks. You know what you’re getting with Starbucks since they’ve systemized everything so well, and this location delivers that same consistent quality you expect. Everything tasted great and hit the mark.

The service was polite and efficient, plus there wasn’t any wait time which was a nice bonus during my visit. The location itself benefits from being in the mall, so it’s convenient if you’re already shopping or need a quick caffeine fix.

If you’re at Coastland Center, it’s definitely worth stopping by. While it’s still Starbucks at the end of the day, this particular location does it right and makes for a solid coffee stop in Naples.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​“

“Howwww can I leave a 10 star on this thing? Seriously, my husband and I drive to the side of town on the weekends to go boating, and this is the ONLY Starbucks in the Naples area that does not disappoint. The drinks are always perfect, the food is heated all the way And the service is always so nice. Anyway we can make the others match up?“

“My family doesn’t go to Starbucks very often. It’s generally very unhealthy however, it’s a treat. When we do, the coffee usually tastes burnt and the quality is rarely consistent. Last night we bought 5 drinks and every, darn, one of them were the ABSOLUTE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD. Someone must have been in there sprinkling some magic crack in those coffees because never have I ever powered through a coffee quicker and then wanted more. My husband and the kids were all like, “Ohhh ma GAAWWWWD, these are just divine.” The only thing I would normally say is a complaint, is whoever put the lid on the coffee was wearing some strong perfume and it got on the lid. Whoever you are, gosh you have great taste in perfume, because it paired well with my delicious hazelnut coffee simply adding to the experience. So, I just want to say, thank you. Also, the service was kind and accurate, wonderful.“

“This is my go to Starbucks and if I need to drive a little extra to get my coffee from here or wait additional time, I do just that. They ask me how my day is going, how I’m feeling, where I’m headed, and wish me the best for my day if it’s starting or check on me if it’s ending. Although it’s not something they’re required to do, they still choose to do it.
Their attitude just makes me laugh a little more and I’m grateful for people like that not only for myself but for every customer who experiences the same. Sometimes we’re having one of those days. Kindness goes a long way.
Quality is excellent as well. I know my coffee will be great here. I just love it. I love to stop by and I love to see the same faces sticking around. The manager and a relatively new face (I’m not certain on the name, I have to check) she has curly back hair. So sweet. Just some people that stood out recently but in general I truly have an amazing experience with everybody.“

“I totally love the Starbucks that’s close to my home and they already know me they know exactly what I want and they make the best caramel ribbon crunch with heavy, whipping cream, light ice caramel that is so good I really recommend that if you’re into sweetened caramel that is really good and the crunchy things ask for extra and if you gotta pay $.50 they give them to you in a cup because I was little crunchy things are the best thing in the drink. I totally love it recommended lovely people. Nice people morning people very very nice pleasant place.

Vegetarian options: Well, I’m not vegetarian, but I stop eating meat about two years ago. I only fish and seafood, no lobster and no calamari I check in once in a while my stomach Reduce so much from the information so I’m not vegetarian so I can’t really say for a vegetarian to go here but there’s a spinach wrap that’s actually really good and really tasty and it fills you up. It’s a breakfast spinach wrap with egg, just the white of the egg.“
