“My fiancé and I look forward to visiting this Starbucks every weekend morning and we consistently have an excellent experience. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and always prepares our drinks quickly. We visit every weekend and truly enjoy the atmosphere.“

“Starbucks of the Shoppes at Vanderbilt features one of the most comfiest and well designed interiors in any Starbucks jn Naples. They also have 3 bars, allowing their service to be fast and efficient. I assume the drive thru is very fast because of this. I had a very delicious and scrumptious Honey Citrus Mint Tea here. Overall, I recommend this Starbucks as it’s one of the most efficient in Naples.“

“Friendliest staff awards goes to this store - actually the friendliest staff I have ever seen in a store. These two mature ladies go above and beyond to greet each customer that walks through the door and this was 7AM today. Truly a breath of fresh air.“

“Conveniently situated off Collier Boulevard in Naples, Florida, this Starbucks location provides ample seating both indoors and outdoors. Customers can also take advantage of the drive-thru. While the mornings can be quite busy, it may be preferable to go inside and be served. Though parking can be limited, a little patience is rewarded with an extremely friendly staff.“

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years, and the customer service has always been outstanding. The staff is consistently polite, efficient, and genuinely happy to be there. They greet every customer with care and kindness, making each visit a pleasant experience.

Today (7/15/25) around 10:25 AM, I had a great interaction with the barista at register one (I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately). She went above and beyond when I mentioned that a drink my friend picked up for me from another store was made with the wrong milk. Without hesitation, she kindly replaced it free of charge.

That level of customer care is exactly why this store continues to stand out. It’s that consistency and attention to the customer experience that keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location“

“My family doesn’t go to Starbucks very often. It’s generally very unhealthy however, it’s a treat. When we do, the coffee usually tastes burnt and the quality is rarely consistent. Last night we bought 5 drinks and every, darn, one of them were the ABSOLUTE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD. Someone must have been in there sprinkling some magic crack in those coffees because never have I ever powered through a coffee quicker and then wanted more. My husband and the kids were all like, “Ohhh ma GAAWWWWD, these are just divine.” The only thing I would normally say is a complaint, is whoever put the lid on the coffee was wearing some strong perfume and it got on the lid. Whoever you are, gosh you have great taste in perfume, because it paired well with my delicious hazelnut coffee simply adding to the experience. So, I just want to say, thank you. Also, the service was kind and accurate, wonderful.“

“This Starbucks location is located inside Target on Pine Ridge Road in Naples. It is located as soon as you enter the store. It is basically your typical Starbuck store and products. It was very clean and the employees were very nice. They have everything you need from tea, coffee and foods.“

“This Starbucks is located inside Coastland Center Mall in Naples, Florida. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Its is your typical Starbucks with all the beverage choices. The store is well kept and clean with seating inside. Try the Chai Tea or the new Lavender Matcha.“

“The morning team is the best....when I see Aymee at the window I know I'm getting to work on time no matter how long the line is. She really moves the line along, she always asks me if I want to use points, and informs me of promotions....I really feel like she would make a great manager. Always pleasant and kind and efficient.“

“This is my go to Starbucks and if I need to drive a little extra to get my coffee from here or wait additional time, I do just that. They ask me how my day is going, how I’m feeling, where I’m headed, and wish me the best for my day if it’s starting or check on me if it’s ending. Although it’s not something they’re required to do, they still choose to do it.
Their attitude just makes me laugh a little more and I’m grateful for people like that not only for myself but for every customer who experiences the same. Sometimes we’re having one of those days. Kindness goes a long way.
Quality is excellent as well. I know my coffee will be great here. I just love it. I love to stop by and I love to see the same faces sticking around. The manager and a relatively new face (I’m not certain on the name, I have to check) she has curly back hair. So sweet. Just some people that stood out recently but in general I truly have an amazing experience with everybody.“

“I totally love the Starbucks that’s close to my home and they already know me they know exactly what I want and they make the best caramel ribbon crunch with heavy, whipping cream, light ice caramel that is so good I really recommend that if you’re into sweetened caramel that is really good and the crunchy things ask for extra and if you gotta pay $.50 they give them to you in a cup because I was little crunchy things are the best thing in the drink. I totally love it recommended lovely people. Nice people morning people very very nice pleasant place.

Vegetarian options: Well, I’m not vegetarian, but I stop eating meat about two years ago. I only fish and seafood, no lobster and no calamari I check in once in a while my stomach Reduce so much from the information so I’m not vegetarian so I can’t really say for a vegetarian to go here but there’s a spinach wrap that’s actually really good and really tasty and it fills you up. It’s a breakfast spinach wrap with egg, just the white of the egg.“
