“The kid that works night shift is sweet and kind, he took his time and tried his best. It did take longer than I thought which must mean he’s new but overall he’s a really good worker I hope to be served by him again I would 100% come back again. How ever he made my food was amazing definitely deserves a raise“

“Must be a new subway. Everything was very clean. It was sort of awkward asking for a key to use the bathroom but I get it... just never seen that at a subway. Best part was the staff knew exactly how to put a sub together - very well trained. Trust me that's saying something!“

“The food is delicious. Great subs. The only problem I have is both bathrooms are locked and it clearly says no public bathrooms. I wanted to wash my hands before I began eating and couldn't. How can a restaurant not provide a bathroom for their customers? Come on Firehouse really?“

“The food at this location has ALWAYS been 10/10, but where this place really shines, is with the staff. I am SO impressed by the group of young people that work at this location. The managers are amazing and go out of their way to accommodate you, and the desk/kitchen staff are always friendly. I feel comfortable walking in and even dining on my own because I'm always greeted with a smile and know that the staff prioritizes customer service!“

“The young man took extra care and time to wash not only the utensils but the boards as well as his hands and changed his gloves when I told him about my food allergies (most of the times I've ordered elsewhere they just wash the utensils ). He was really nice to me and my daughter.“

“I am from out of town and love getting the sub in a tub. I didn’t see it on the menu(maybe my mistake) but Vanessa was very friendly and helpful when ordering. I appreciated her help with my young daughters’ ordering as well, she was very kind. The store was clean and food was fresh and service was fast. Will definitely be back.“

“I have to say the employee that made our order was one of the nicest I've ever experienced at a Subway. And every one of our sandwiches was made correctly, and all 4 were customized.
And of course, the cookies were absolutely amazing.“

“Typically the service is hit or miss here. Today the employee Cole was by himself at lunch time with a line of people waiting to order. He did a great job of working to get us all taken care of efficiently while also having to fill online orders. He was also able to keep an upbeat attitude with all the customers. Very impressed, he needs to be acknowledged for one of the top two interactions I've had here. Not to mention our subs were tasty.“

“I don’t think I’ve ever been so satisfied with a Subway visit. I went to get lunch today and was met with the most wholesome interaction. The ladies that served us were so so sweet. I didn’t catch her name, but she was an older woman with a blue visor.. a literal angel. So sweet and genuine, deserves the world.
She was so easy to talk to and just radiated the purest energy. I haven’t been to subway in a long time, but she makes me want to visit this location more! ☺️❤️“

“5⭐ for Nick!
I frequent Subway; especially this location. I often times go at night and I e seen the same employee there most night. He does a great job making my sandwich and he's a genuinely nice guy and works hard.
Tonight was one of those nights that I arrived shortly before closing and I generally try to avoid that because of all that needs to be done to close. I apologized to Nick for dropping in somclose to closing. Not once did I get any bad vibes; as usual, he mad an awesome sandwich truly defining the role of a sub artisan aka sandwich artist!

“We’ve been a Big fan of Big Joes for over 10 years. Often the 1st place I choose when arriving in Florida; however, this last visit was just not the same. The little lady who was formerly the “waitress” was lovely, polite and efficient. I always left her seperate tips. This new woman is RUDE…and when I said so, she came to our table and loudly challenged me for “cussing her out”. I said you were RUDE and she was! Perhaps were she to do her job properly and State the NUMBER (as they’re given out when orders are placed), there would have been No problem). She Failed to do that, then felt a need to lecture US about it. There were 2 seperate numbers and parties @ our table..,we ALL witnessed her inappropriate behavior.
I am very sorry to say Big Joes may have just lost 3 excellent customers.
I will say TY to the guy who takes the orders for coming over and for himself delivering our food as I requested She not touch it.
