“We have had the pleasure of enjoying delicious subs and the professional manager of the Niceville location for some time. The manager is friendly, mentors his employees with kindness and keeps a tight ship. The place is terrific! Well done!“

“Online order was placed on a Monday. The order was supposed to be made on Friday. It was made on Thursday and stuck in a cooler. One employee said they tried to call, but another said there was no number so they didn't try to call. I checked my receipt and it was as ordered to be ready for pick up on Friday. The receipt also had my contact number and email. It was a catering order and was over $80. I also ordered a gallon of tea. They had no gallon jugs, so I was given 4 large drinks. We were never offered any type of apology. It was as if I was inconveniencing them. I understand the world is short everywhere, but it is hard to empathize when everyone gives you a different story. I will no longer use firehouse and don't recommend their catering.“

“Great staff on Nov 4th, 2024. Smiling and very nice. I like the outside decor and love we still live a country where people can express themselves without fear of backlash or censorship. I rarely ate there before, but have decided to eat the 1-2 times a week in the last two months! Keep up the good work, and be who you are and stand up for what you believe while you still can!“

“I’ve lived in area for few years now and this place has definitely cleaned up. Better atmosphere and better made sandwiches! More for your buck!! Store clerks actually greet you and Sky an employee there is so helpful and was so polite! She is a keeper Sub Way!!!! This location could be a gold mine and I believe it’s looks to be turning a table. Staff a few years ago just turned me off from here especially being able to see everything! But now my sauce was even offered on the side tonight cause I wasn’t sure about it on there but tried it absolutely amazing! Stores definitely looking and feeling better! Way to go!

“I went their for the first time today and got a veggie sandwich. It was delicious and huge! The house made ranch was super yummy. And the lady at the front was very sweet. Will definitely be returning!“

“Went in around 2pm and three gentlemen were working. They all greeted us and were very friendly! Ordered a club supreme mikes way and it was really good. The rosemary parmesan bread was delicious. Thanks Jersey Mike’s you’ve outdone yourself again“

“This is a very heart warming recommendation to this location. My husband is military and has been in Florida for about 7 months. They stumbled across this location and couldn't stop raving about how good the subs are there. So today to show my appreciation to them and everything they do i ordered subs from the Destin location.
