“The service here is really great and all of the sushi is delicious. However, I find the pricing of single pieces of nigiri and sashimi to be way over priced for the quality. For example, one piece of salmon nigiri is $7 and one piece of o toro tuna is $15. No where else in Miami are prices that high except for fine dining. Down the road at katana you can get two pieces of better quality sashimi for less than the price of one piece here. So if coming I recommend sticking to their rolls instead of ordering their sashimi or nigiri.“

“AMAZING real Italian food made by a guy actually from Italy. From the outside it doesn't look like anything, bit inside it is quite stylish and cozy. A great place for a date. Get a bottle of wine and dine in a relaxed European fashion. Really, the food is remarkable. Brought several people with me when I went back and they truly enjoyed it. My mom is from Rome so I'm not easily impressed with most Italian places. The star pizzas are special and totally delicious too! During our visit, they were serving the spelt wrap filled with various vegetables and legumes. It had tons of flavor and seemed low in oil, which we hugely appreciated. The wrap came with a great dressing that it hardly needed, since the wrap already had so much flavor. It was accompanied by a side salad that was fresh and had a really tasty spicy sweet dressing. We were also offered a taste of the soursop juice which was tart and tasty.“

I had the vegan Rasta pasta, with fried oyster mushroom on top. It was pretty good. It had a nice light coconut milk flavor. Pasta was cooked al dente, and the veggies were cooked just enough. Portion size was nice, although another ounce of pasta would have been nice. (admittedly, I’m not sure of the pasta portion size). I ordered for delivery, so I cannot comment on the service, or atmosphere of the location. Overall, it is someplace that I would try their other menu offerings.“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

I recently visited 100 Montaditos in Midtown Miami and was genuinely impressed! This spot truly delivers on its promise of delicious food that doesn't break the bank.
I went for a specific meal that I can't recommend enough: a fantastic chicken dish that came with a generous portion of fluffy quinoa, a fresh, crisp salad, and perfectly golden, satisfyingly crispy fries. Every component of the plate was on point – the chicken was tender and flavorful, the quinoa added a nice, healthy touch, and those fries were just addictive!
What really sets 100 Montaditos apart, especially in Midtown, is the incredible value. For such a complete and tasty meal, the price was surprisingly low. To top it off, they even included a complimentary drink, which is a huge bonus these days and truly makes it feel like you're getting a steal.
The vibe is casual and lively, making it a perfect spot for a quick lunch, a relaxed dinner, or just grabbing a bite with friends. If you're in Miami's Midtown area and looking for a place that offers great food, fantastic deals, and a comfortable atmosphere, you absolutely have to check out 100 Montaditos.
