The food they served was absolutely delicious, and the service from their staff was incredible throughout the event. Although their services were a tad on the pricier side, we felt the value was still there given how wonderful the food and service were on our special day. We would recommend Premier Event Services to any couple looking for a top-notch catering option for their wedding.“

The food was beyond perfection, our guests raved about it during and after. We didn't want a traditional sit down or buffet, so we did station style. Having a diverse spread was unique to us and our guests and made us so happy. We couldn't have had a more perfect wedding and Arthur's played a major role in that. “Yum, Yum, Yum! I was invited to lunch at Papa Diesel's Restaurant on my visit to Apopka, FL. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the entire experience was a treat. A friendly family atmosphere greeted me at the door, with the added touch of care that was immaculately given to every detail. The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). Needless to say, the sausage, chicken, and sides all met with the same flavorful standards. Ending my meal with a dessert, I enjoyed the peach cobbler and shared a nibble of key lime cake with my date. It was an enjoyable afternoon, sharing special time with loved ones in a loving environment, dining on food prepared by Papa Diesel, who loves to cook for folks, and making them feel at home!“

“We just used Bless My Soul for our wedding a week ago and they did not disappoint. They traveled from Orlando to Jacksonville for our event because they were better than all our local options. We got to meet with Antionae a couple months back to try a sample of our menu and I knew before even trying the food that I wanted to work with her. She was so nice, but also honest and real. She gave me a fair price and was so easy to work with. She was polite and professional and really seemed to have everything in order. And the food was delicious, of course. I hope we get to work together again in the future.“

Gertrude's Kitchen prepared a Great Memorial Day spread with BBq ribs, chicken, burgers and Mac and Cheese.The food was AMAZING! Everything was neatly packed and delivered. They were so thoughtful to include packets of condiments and an assortment of sauces that weren't even needed. I appreciate their service, professionalism (The Food was AMAZING) and will be using them again. “I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!
Dietary restrictions: plenty of dairy free and gluten free options
Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old loves the greek chicken and turkey tacos which makes dinner time so much easier.“
