Besides good service, this location took the extra time, a few times, to walk around the inside, just to ask each of us patrons, how the food is, and if we needed anything.
That's a plus plus for fast food restaurants“
“I usually go to the McDonald's on Silverstar and Clark, but after waiting 30 minutes for my breakfast and them still getting my order wrong, on top of the attitude I got when I asked for a refund, and then my dinner being wrong at a later date. Calling just to get hung up on, to then have the manager act big and bad with me in person and refuse to remake my food, I swore off McDonald's forgetting this one was the same distance for me. Extremely clean, food was great and hot. Manager and employees were awesome. I highly recommend this McDonald's. I very much appreciate the effort put in at this store to make great food and keep the establishment nice and clean.“
“Pull up to the drive thru - " I'll be with you in a minute ". No problem. 3 minutes later, "I'm sorry, it'll just be a second". Give the code and order. Drive up, pay, get the receipt; no thank you. Drive to the next window, get my food, no thank you. Can't wait until it's all robots.“
“My nephew has never been to McDonald's before and I took him to get the experience. Unknowingly, I took him during when a high school just let out. The place was insane with energetic high schoolers. However, the star was the employees. Specifically, this one lady, I wish I got her name. But she was the supervisor I believe. The entire team kept their cool and handled the crazy traffic like pros. The supervisor lady was extremely friendly. The icing on the cake is that my nephew ended up loving his first McDonald's experience and he thought the food was tasty.“
