“I’ve come to this restaurant twice and ordered the same thing. (I like to make sure what I call order isn't a “hit or miss,” so I want to order it 2-3 times to ensure it's good.)

1st time was my own, and 2nd time was when I recommended it to my friends and family.

I told them, let's get the “Mad fries.” they loved it and wanted to come back… not only that, but it's worth the money. It's a nice big plate you can share with one person, and I'm a big guy. I am satisfied with half, so it's worth the price.

Now, the only reason I rate four stars is because I can't rate 4 1/2. It's a fantastic restaurant with great food, excellent customer service, and affordable pricing. You can taste and feel the authenticity of this place.

But their drinks are a little out of taste. The fountain drinks either lack gas or syrup, have too much syrup, or taste weird. Their drinks, like lemonade and juices, are also lacking in taste. The cups are huge, but we can definitely say size doesn't matter if the soda tastes weird. ?

Overall, it's a great place and worth the try. I hope you guys enjoy it!

Parking: They have a small parking lot next to them going down on south federal Highway, but right next to them is a pizza spot called “John” or “Jim” Pizza. I can't recall the name, but I sometimes park there since service is typically fast.“

“Chick-fil-A has been one of my favourite fast food restaurants since 2006. The chick-n-minis were the first thing I ever tried and I was blown away, it's still my favourite thing they offer. If you ever get the chance to try their breakfast, I suggest trying it. Their chicken nuggets are the best available from any fast food restaurant because it's actually chicken. Waffle fries are exceptionally good. Polynesian sauce? I don't even know what it actually is but it's so damn good. The customer service at Chick-fil-A is the best there is, they're the first fast food restaurant I've ever seen send employees out to the drive-thru line to take orders in advance and if it's a hot day, offer lemonade while you wait (the lemonade is also fantastic as well). The employees are courteous and always upbeat, the interaction is always great. Now being able to order in advance, drive up and park, it makes it even more accessible.“

“Parking here sucked. They blocked off the drop-off area and you are forced to pay for parking on a sketchy side street. I am not sure what people with physical disabilities are supposed to do without blocking traffic to exit their vehicle.

However, I am not sure if/how these spots are being monitored or who is issuing citations.

However, to avoid this problem, stay out of Miami. I would NEVER go there unless absolutely necessary.

Parking: If you, or you have a less than physically fit person in the car, you will not find parking to accommodate you.

“Disclaimer: I am not the audience for ordering food and picking it up from a box without interacting with human beings. I'm not there yet. So although I'd heard of Soulfly, I wasn't particularly interested in visiting. Nevertheless, was celebrating my mom's birthday and the birthday girl wanted to come here after our wine tasting next door.

I'm glad the experience was not as impersonal as I anticipated. Partly because I just didn't feel like sticking to the script but also I couldn't get that doggone pickup situation together. LOL I had so many issues with the code to retrieve my order, it was seriously comical. I did observe others come in, put in the code, get the food and go though.

You do have to order on the kiosk but I was able to ask the manager if I could order it like this or that, which he happily made note of for my particular order. There was a little wait for having ordered onsite - things would have felt quicker had I ordered online from offsite then stopped in to pickup when notified the order was ready. I had the wings and cajun rice. Now what surprised me was that chicken! Ok, Soulfly! Very nicely seasoned, good crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. I was impressed considering my expectations. It reminded me of those good chinese takeout chicken wings. Nice surprise. The cajun rice was just okay for me.

The challenges to me coming back are that the price is just high for what you get. I understand there is a cost for "convenience" so it is what it is. However adding $6.54 to the order when I had to do the work to place it then pick it up is.... I don't and won't mind continuing to do things the old school way to pay a more reasonable price for fried chicken in other nearby neighborhoods. Also, no "convenient" parking. I feel like this spot is more geared towards people strolling on the street or for food delivery drivers who will be on a moped only.

Overall for the chicken and helpfulness of the onsite staff, I give it a 3.5, not just a 3.“

“The flavor … oh the flavor. Their cuisine is prestige! We had the Jones n’ Hot Chicken sandwich which was so full of flavor with a kick of just right amount of spice; the jalapeño fries were the bomb and last but definitely not least the sweet potato biscuit is to die for! These biscuits melt in your mouth. So good, I had to bring some back to Houston with me. I highly recommend Chick N’ Jones you won’t be disappointed.“

“I love this location being close to home but they really need to figure something out with the parking lady out front harassing guests. This chick fil a is legit the only business open in the building on the whole block yet you can’t park for 5 minutes out front to get food. The garage is $8! The city should rezone the parking in front for 15 minutes Max or something. How are business supposed to survive here. They are losing a lot of business. We left today because the parking lady was harassing us. Meanwhile 6 police cars parked out front getting lunch, a city bus parked in the no parking zone to get lunch, 2 usps trucks parked in a no parking zone to get lunch. Are they special? The street is dead! Let the public people get their lunch.“

“A small place with the guaro flavor of graduated chicken, the sauce, the chicken cracklings, everything. Truly a good place to remember the flavor of the best chicken chicharrones, and not to mention the "masjalla" arepitas.

If you are American, sometimes you need this comfort food (we invented fried chicken). They seem to know their business, too, because I ordered through Postmates because I had a deal ($10 off $15 order) and they didn't give me the biggest, juiciest breast. “I definitely don't understand what's going on at the Tropical Chicken branch on 8th Little Havana. I constantly buy the Family Duo, with pork, and it's been approximately 2 months since the container of pork is practically 3/4 full and today it's gone. I bought it again, the container of beans was practically broth, they are reducing the portions a lot, I don't know if it is by order of the manager of the establishment or it is the employees who serve smaller and smaller portions, in addition to not giving out the burnt ripe ones, that is a constant in that branch, I buy it because it gets me out of trouble by not having time to cook, but they already leave a lot to be desired. Small portions, burnt ripe fruits!!!!!!“
