“I stop by the Panera Bread on Apopka Vineland & Conroy Road often, and I have to say—this location is exceptionally well-managed, spotless, and consistently delivers great food and great service. But what truly sets this Panera apart is the amazing team behind the counter.
Beverly, Amanda, and Grace deserve special recognition. They are incredibly polite, efficient, and genuinely a joy to see every day. No matter how busy or how long the line gets, they manage it with ease, professionalism, and always with a smile. Their positive energy makes the entire experience better and keeps everything running smoothly.
Employees like them are the backbone of any successful business. Their dedication, attitude, and customer-first mindset create an atmosphere that makes people want to come back. Panera is lucky to have such outstanding individuals on their team, and I appreciate the effort they put in every single day.

“I have been coming to this Starbucks for several years. After I get my Chemo Therapy in the early morning, I make a stop here. My wife and I have breakfast and spend a couple of hours everyday here before going back home. Today, both of my Sip Club accounts expired and Annie knowing that for several years coming here, did not even asked if I wanted a complimentary coffee. Your Winter Park location on Park Ave does that as a courtesy but not at this place. That for us was very much giving a NEW Corporate MODO that it’s all about the money. Forget the human factor behind this. So sad.
Today, I was approached by the director of the company and we had a very wonderful conversation. The issue was addressed and I strongly believe it has been corrected. Awesome. The employees here are all wonderful and I do understand that sometimes things are done without fully thinking them out. That is the human factor in all of us. So I have changed my review from one star to five stars.“
“The salad i had was very good and the young lady that took our order wasn't kind. My salad had fruit in it which I liked the flavor the fruit gave it. I think the atmosphere of this place needs a little updating tho. Like pictures on the wall or fake flower arrangements something because it is a little drab in there nothing really to look at while your eating lunch and trying to just relax.“
“I did drive-through for this location around 4:25pm today, but I accidentally confused two different menu items when I ordered and said the wrong thing. The girl at the window was so kind when I let her know I meant to order a sandwich and not the salad. She said it might be a moment, but she had them make my sandwich and even gave me a free pumpkin cookie for the wait. Absolutely made my day with her thoughtful service.“
“So, I will be honest, I stopped being a fan of Panera because the last couple times I got the grilled cheese the bread was so hard and greasy. It felt like the entire sandwich was all crust. (It wasn't this location.)
My daughter convinced me to give this location a try. I am so glad I did.
I ordered my fave combo, tomato soup and grilled cheese. They made that grilled cheese PERFECT. It was soft, not greasy and so delicious. Of course, the tomato soup is always good.
They had this drink: PASSION
PAPAYA ICED GREEN TEA and it was delicious.
It's always clean and comfortable in Panera. The staff is always friendly, nice and helpful.
I will definitely be back.“

“I found this place while exploring the neighborhood, and it felt like a spot locals actually use, not a tourist trap. The croissant was warm and fresh, and you can tell they take baking seriously. I regretted not buying an extra one. the seating was comfortable and I didn’t feel rushed. the line looked long but moved faster than I thought. I’d come back the next time I’m in the area, no question.“
“I went to this place on Friday; I liked the people in there ngl the service was 10/10 but what I didn't like was the drive thru, for some reason one guy was making some sounds that actually sounded like moanings, my children in the car were honestly kinda confused and i had to explain them what those sounds meant that situation made everyone in the car really unconfortable but its okay.“
“This was my first time eating at this Panera from Pennsylvania as someone who lives in Florida for the winter.
A few weeks ago, my grandma and I decided to go to Panera for lunch together. This Panera is in a very convenient location for us and the food was very good. You get a nice portion and the food is fresh and hot (if you order hot food) when it's served to you. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I forgot my glasses on the day that we went in so the male manager who waited on us was very nice and helped me to understand the menu better. This is one of the best Panera's that we've been to and we will be returning again in the future.“
“It’s 10/26 5:39pm. The kids here are absolutely sweet, kind, polite and respectful. They are welcoming and communicative. One of the kids gave us extra bread, the other made me coffee even tho they are closing in 30 mins and the girl working is very sweet. They are cleaning, emptying the trash- just being very hardworking. I really appreciate you all. Continue to work hard and go after what you love in life. with your personalities, the world is literally yours. Thank you!!!

“Always kind, friendly amazing service yeah there’s a little bit of weight but they’re always is for fresh food made right on the spot. The turkey bacon bravo was the bomb, including the French onion soup that I got you can never go wrong.“
“This was my first time having Panera in many years, and I'm happy to say that it didn't disappoint! The food was excellent and fairly priced, and our server Conner was very attentive, professional, and made sure we were satisfied and happy with everything we ordered. Would recommend!“
