I’m not sure who answered the phone, but we dealt with him twice and I really have not seen that type of Customer service in a long time.”

From being greeted at the door by the hosts, they acknowledged our anniversary note on our reservation and wished us a happy anniversary. They also set up a table for us water front with a sign that said happy anniversary and a card. Our server Shakeem was great!! He gave us great recommendations for drinks and food. When dessert came out he brought us each a complimentary glass of champagne. Would recommend 10000%.”

The music was loud and we were going to leave but my wife decided to go speak with one of the managers to see if he could do anything about it because we have hearing problems. He immediately got the music turned down a little and then got us a seat within 5 minutes. The food was wonderful and Chris the GM kept checking with us that we were being taken care of. I just have two small complaints number one is kind of funny but why are the toilet seats so low wow I can't believe how low the toilet seats are lol. And another thing it's a nice steakhouse where I like to dress up and then men come in there with hats on and sneakers or flip-flops why is that allowed? This is a nice steakhouse where we like to have an experience and to see that and you allow that is just shameful. there should be dress codes from now on.”

“I’ve tried a lot of cookies in my day, but Crumbl truly takes the cake (or should I say, cookie?)! From the moment I walked in, the smell of freshly baked cookies filled the air, and I was hooked.
The cookies are MASSIVE. Seriously, each one is the size of a small plate, and they come out warm, gooey, and perfect every time. I’ve tried several of their rotating flavors, and I love how they switch it up weekly. You get the classics like Chocolate Chip and Sugar Cookie, but then there are unique flavors like Peanut Butter Crumble and S’mores that keep you coming back for more.
What I really appreciate is that Crumbl uses high-quality ingredients. You can taste the difference in every bite. The frostings are creamy without being overly sweet, and the cookies themselves are soft yet just firm enough to hold up when you break them in half. Plus, there’s always that little crunch on the edge, which is such a satisfying texture contrast.
The packaging is also on point. It’s so cute and fun, and the pink boxes make them the perfect gift for any occasion (or a treat for yourself, of course). I’m not usually a fan of overly sugary treats, but the balance of sweetness in these cookies is spot on.
As for the staff, they are always friendly, and I love how they’re super efficient, even when it’s busy. I’ve never had to wait long, and they’re great at handling custom orders or answering any questions.
The only downside is the price — at $3-5 per cookie, it’s definitely a splurge. But when you consider the size, quality, and how indulgent these cookies are, I think it’s worth it for a special treat. Plus, they offer box deals if you’re getting several, which is a nice touch if you want to share!
Overall, Crumbl Cookies is my go-to for an occasional sweet treat. If you haven’t been yet, you need to try it! Your taste buds will thank you. 🍪💕”

Two working fireplaces and a large patio to fit whatever mood strikes you. Awesome spot for a nice dinner or lunch - fresh and terrific food straight off the menu and absolutely fabulous specials for lunch and dinner and awesome desserts. live music 2-3 nights a week. this is such a great local restaurant with an owner and management that are obviously very involved and care a lot about guests AND the staff. 10 out of 10, you've gotta check it out.”

But lately i have noticed staff memebers like the servers vaping a lot in the server station and in the bathrooms. Sometimes it smells like weed too. I was just concerned because i thought you were not allowed to do that in restaurants, but that’s why we like to sit inside so that we aren’t around the smoke.”

“My favorite place since I tried 2 months ago, I’ll go for lunch almost everyday, mostly Boca and Wellington. Im fasting so it’s the most tasty nutritious food I’ve got. The staff is amazing and the cleanliness even in bathrooms is top. I always get the small bowl and always ask for a bonus 1/2 spoon of beans and they always give it with a big smile, not this time. Today I tried the Alton one, I had high expectations. First impression was that it was weird starting the line backwards from the right. The operator was friendly but not when I asked for a tin of beans, 1/4 spoon the most… She said no and she wanted to sell me a cup as an extra. I declined, was rude, then I see the line dirty, stuff looked cold. The other operator was afraid to serve too much shrimp and the feta he spread it crumble by crumble, I was amazed of his skills. Those 2 company money savers fighting for the employee of the month. One thing I like at Bolay is to grab my metal good solid forks, this time I couldn’t, not available. The food was tasty as usual but the temperatures were inconsistent, the colds not too cool and the hots warms. Then after sitting the trash overflowing and dirty bowls piling up were a view that you can’t stop looking at it, under my table on the floor smashed veggies. When I’m leaving I’m looking at the other stations and look the same. I avoided use the bathrooms at that point to wash hands as usual. It wasn’t a staff shortage issue, plenty of labor, customer line clear. These guys went through the pick of rush in lunch time with not interval cleanings. So disappointing see that awesome concept lowing the bar so bad. At the end is all management. Not going back there, I mean, that one in Alton but people, you definitely gotta try it somewhere else and get hook by them. Wellington and Boca In Military staff is the best. Hope Alton improve.”

E-Bar offers a unique assortment of gourmet coffee similar to it's competitors such as Starbucks. They also offer premium items on the go such as sandwiches, small prepared meals and bottled beverages. Prices are fair and the service is excellent. If you're in a hurry, this is a convenient place to stop by and quickly grab your gourmet coffee. I highly recommend giving it a try.”

“This is my second experience with Prezzo in Palm Beach Gardens and I couldn’t be more thrilled to write a review. The manager was extremely welcoming and checked in on us throughout our meal. Our server was a wonderful young man named Will who was attentive, kind, and interacted with everyone (so refreshing in this era)! He will be requested for our next visit. The food was once again terrific!! Baked wings and lamb chops were mouth watering. I can happily say my friends and I have finally found a new “our spot” in Gardens. I also had a fantastic experience with take out here a week before dining in. Highly recommend Prezzo!!”

“My wife and I went there to celebrate our 23rd anniversary, and we were not disappointed. The service there was excellent, very attentive, and on point. Loved our waitress, who was from Brazil and very knowledgeable about the menu. It was our first time there. A little pricey than a standard restaurant but so worth it! You get what you pay for! They come by with beef, chicken, lamb, ribs and it was all delicious. My favorite was the Flank Steak and the Top Sirloin steak, it was so tender. The Brazilian cocktails were so yummy and delicious. They had a special on a Brazilian wine which was delicious. This will be my new favorite restaurant for a special occasion. I can’t even complain about anything. Restaurant was very clean. I liked that they had mangers constantly walking by checking tables and if everything was running smoothly. Staff was very attentive, food was excellent. I have been to Brazil many years ago and it was just like a traditional Churrascaria like I remember. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or to impress a meat lover. You really have to be a meat lover to enjoy this restaurant. This definitely makes my list of new favorite restaurants Top 5 in Palm Beach County.”

“I brought my family to Brio up in Palm Beach gardens while on vacation. The food was exceptional. My wife and two kids ordered CHICKEN MILANESE,GRILLED CHICKEN MARSALA, BRUSCHETTA SAMPLER and CRISPY CHICKEN CHOPPED SALAD alongside an appetizer of fresh calamari. The aura inside was super relaxed and chill and the hostess and I believe it was the GM who was dressed in such business boss like attired escorted us to our table and gave us a warm-welcome while helping the hostess seat us to our table. Who ever is in charge which I think was the lovely woman in business like attired runs the facility so well. Even while dinning we don’t really see this in business anymore but the GM was working the line with the other line cooks and serves bringing out food to the tables as well as following up with all the guests including my family. So impressed with the service what a nice woman and staff she runs. Thanks for your service.”

After having an issue with take out order not being complete, filled out survey and within 5 minutes was contacted by owner who wanted to make things right. It is hard to find service like this lately and I was beyond impressed. This restaurant will be frequented by us even more now. Food always fresh and delicious too!!”

“Saw Vampire Penguin online a few weeks ago. The name alone attracted me. My hubby and I had to stop at Home Depot so it was perfect timing to try here. Immediately I was greeted by a kind gentlemen who explained about their menu and ingredients. He was so warm and welcoming. They also sale an adorable vampire penguin plush and shirts. I got my hubby the Halo-halo and me the Snow Thaiger. Both were AMAZING!!!! Best dessert I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!”

Three times in a row now the sauce I've had to pay extra for has been missing. If it was free that wouldn't be as upsetting but it's pricy. Please be more attentive to detail. 🙏🏻”

“I visited Crispy Cones in Palm Beach Gardens and had such a great experience. For St. Patrick’s Day, they had a special “leprecone” featuring cereal milk ice cream with a Fruity Pebbles crispy cone..literally all of my favorites in one.

The staff was super friendly and attentive, and I really appreciated that they allow modifications so you can customize your cone exactly how you want it. They also change their gloves between every order, which makes everything feel extra clean and thoughtful.

The ice cream itself was delicious, and overall it just felt like a fun, high-quality treat spot. I’ll definitely be back!”
