“Fos was prepared and ready for pick.up.when on arrived and was delicious. Service not so good, she handed me my order without my drink, she didn't realize I had ordered a drink. Then I asked if there was a fork in the bag and she said there was. There wasn't. Now I'm at work without a utensil to eat.akes buying lunch pointless if you can't eat it. Disappointed, they are usually better. There wasn't even a line!“

“CR Chicks is a counter service restaurant. There are no table servers. Much of the menu is unique however. They serve cooked parsley carrots for example. Where else can you get cooked carrots anymore? There is a chilled gazpacho soup that they serve with their homemade croutons and a dollop of sour cream. I love that soup. They serve meatloaf sandwiches and can turn that into a meatloaf dinner. That's a unique offering. They serve a delicious chicken salad sandwich made with their Brazilian fire roasted chicken and fresh homemade bread baked daily on the premises. They also serve a delicious cucumber salad served nowhere else. There's even a Caesar salad with a real anchovy based dressing served with the homemade croutons. It's very rich and tasty. For dessert they also serve homemade chocolate chip cookies and a delicious banana cream pie. There's even a indulgent apple pie as well. It's like comfort food with a unique flair.“

“Tried them in Orlando and food was mid. BUT Allie at the pbl location told me you have to at minimum order the mild spice to have any flavor and she was right. Food was fresh, fruit punch slushie, pickles on the side, perfect fries 10 across the board“

“I ACCIDENTALLY bumped into this spot after leaving the cruise ship on Monday. I wanted a close breakfast spot with "soul". The outside is unassuming and doesnt "invite" you in and say WELCOME. This is mainly due to location (even my UBER driver thought I was at a car repair shop). But Im from Chicago and I know about "hole in the walls". When I walked in (about 9 am) there was 1 person ordering a take out and a guy doing business with employees in the front where we patrons are. I was taken aback by this but again, business gotta get done. The gentleman at the counter explained the ordering process and was VERY HELPFUL. He took my order, answered my questions and hooked me up with some water and sweet tea. The ambience is not great BUT the front counter guy, the kitchen cook (I assume) were personable and interactive. TBH this "Manager-guy" was a bit strange TBH and made me, a big strong brother, a bit uncomfortable. He just sat there, looking at patrons, almost like a security guard but not speaking. The food came in a to-go box (which maybe was a hint to take it out to avoid the awkwardness of this manager-looking / security-acting dude). I ordered pancakes and sausage with extra bacon. So to the food. The bacon was cooked nice and THE SAUSAGE was like a spicy polish kind of thing that was FYRE!!! I wish I had ordered 2 of those. The pancakes were NOT cooked well TBH. THey were thick and definitely had burst spots on them. Due to the size and thickness, I was able to eat around the burnt spots and still enjoyed the meal. THE MEAT AND THE SWEET TEA saved the day. All in all, I imagine their lunch and dinner is likely better than this experience was. If I was a woman, alone, I likely would NOT have felt comfortable (outside of the guy at the counter who has a GREAT DEMEANOR and professional presence). But the manager dude was a bit on the creepy side for real. One woman he stared at her behind for the entire time she was at the counter waiting for her food. Hell, she was attractive but DANG, dude was a bit much. All in all, ORDER YOUR FOOD, GRAB IT, say hi to the counter guy and ROLL OUT!“

“Absolutely the best food that I have had in years. the atmosphere was pleasent, the staff could have not been better. I believe that I am forever in love with this place.“

“Love this place, we come here several times a month! The chicken sandwich is delicious, the smokey is always tasty (pasta, chicken, creamy tomato basil sauce) the parsley carrots are the best (great for teething babies), and we love their house salad dressing (it's like a honey mustard). Not the best place to sit and eat, it's really geared as a pick up and bring home joint. Always reliable and satisfying!“

“I have been coming here for years. Generally staff is friendly and service very good. You do have to make sure they get the order right so I repeat back the entire order and check any takeout orders before leaving. The quality of the chicken suffered for a short time but they are back to being one of the best rotisserie chickens in the area . Moist and well seasoned with very good sauces. I hoping they keep it up.“

“I have went to this location a handful of times and every time is a hit!! They are so nice and the food taste so great. The food is cool to order which means it’s fresh and it’s clean as well so no complaints. I do highly recommend. The one thing I do not recommend is the Mac and cheese tho.“

“Always fresh, and consistently good. I’ve never had bad food from this location after many years of going here.
Recently, I walked out of a local restaurant due to bad food and came here instead. Pollo Tropical saved the day! I was starving, hangry, and needed protein fast. Within 5 minutes, I had a fresh Tropichop with yellow rice, corn, and black beans. I have a particular order without all the fixings and they always get it right. 🙏

I recently ate inside and it was very clean, including the restroom.“

“Normally the chicken breast is seasoned and tender, a luxury, great surprises and a nice place. The truth is, I am delighted with what happened today in the environment.

Kid-friendliness: A quiet place that is suitable for the children, a place that is too nice for lunch and dinner, a great nice place, the truth is that it is a success, it is very nice, the space it has, air, freshness, you can really have lunch, calmly, sit on occasions and enjoy a great Delicious dish, thank you very much for your service. “The location was pretty much what was expected so no surprise there. They were quick and efficient and it was clean. It was quiet and tasted decent except for the mashed potato poppers. It was pretty dry and should have came with a side of gravy. The main purpose of my visit was for the new Mountain New exclusive flavor with KFC for the F1 movie.“

“This is on a college campus. They are currently doing construction so it’s difficult to find via Maps navigation. I had a security guard help me find it .If you go anytime soon .you may have to park in a church nearby parking lot and then walk to Chick-fil-A.“
