“I have been coming here since 2017. Today, November 23, 2024, Noa was my cashier. This morning seems to be the busiest I’ve ever seen this Starbucks. I had a special request, and Noa helped me with it. She was flying between the cashier, oven, and coffee machines, and she seemed to be having fun while doing it.

“Sip 305 is hands down one of my favorite spots in Miami! Every time I visit, I’m impressed not only by the quality of their drinks but by the amazing service. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable about the menu. They take their time to offer recommendations and make sure your order is exactly how you like it — you can really tell they care about the customer experience.

Their drink menu is incredible with so many creative options, from refreshing energy drinks to delicious specialty coffees and smoothies. I tried their iced matcha latte and it was perfectly smooth, not too sweet, just how I like it. The Sunshine Sodas are also a must-try — super refreshing and unique!

Aside from the drinks, their dessert options are just as impressive. I tried the cookie sandwich and it was absolutely decadent. Everything tastes fresh and is presented beautifully.

The place itself is clean, bright, and has a welcoming vibe whether you’re stopping by to grab something quick or want to sit and relax for a bit.

Overall, I highly recommend Sip 305 — great service, amazing drinks, and an awesome atmosphere. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!“

“One of the best restaurants in Miami, good quality food, good customer service, good management, acceptable prices. Variety of Cuban foods and deserts. The most impressing point I think is the management, very busy restauran especially in the weekends, but they still maintain the service in a good level. And providing jobs for the local community. “Something I didn’t expect about this coffee shop was the amount of space and cozy atmosphere. This is a good thing I promise, just keep reading. In Miami, I’ve gotten so used to the “fast-food” culture, that I forgotten what it was like to enjoy a peaceful coffee shop. The vibes were airy, cozy, and overall inviting. I ordered the Cinnamon Honey Iced Latte and the White Mocha Caramel Latte. I loved that my coffee (cinnamon) was not too sugary and that hint of honey really pulled the drink together. It was the perfect blend of bitterness balanced with the sweetness from the honey. My brother-in-law loved his drink so much that he ordered another one, lol. He said that his coffee (white mocha) was the best he has had in a long while. I also ordered the Avocado Toast with egg. It was served on a plate, and I genuinely felt like I was eating a homemade breakfast. It really added to the cozy, peaceful vibes of the coffee shop. The owner, Humberto was also very inviting and helpful with helping us order since it was our first time. Overall, we had such a great experience. We will definitely be visiting again!“

“I came to this location foe an afternoon iced tea. The service i received from Luigi and Madison was absolutely top notch. They were friendly and very professional. They greeted me with a welcoming smile and upbeat attitude! The store is very well maintained, very clean! I would give 10 stars if there was an option. The food and drinks arw the best of any starbucks i have visited.“

“A hidden gem in Brickell. I’ve tried most of the coffee shops and this is one of the better quality preparations I’ve had! Not the friendliest service though but for good coffee it’s a trade off I’m willing to make. They have a few delicious looking pastries available for purchase. The lobby area it was in was so peaceful on a Saturday morning. Seems like a nice quiet spot to post up on the weekends. I will definitely be back. Vanilla Latte with skim was close to $8.“

“This is the best boba place I’ve tried so far, I would say top 5.

The flavors are just right not too sweet or too sour, the combination of fruits sweetness mixes well with the tea.

You can add as much boba as you want, I’m looking forward to their milk teas.

And a passion fruit tea.

“This place is a great new addition to the area. It has great food, especially the healthy but savory salads. My favorite is the Halloumi Salad, a great combination of lentils, cheese, sweet potatoes, avocado and greens.
They also have breakfast and deli items such as omelet, sandwiches (regular and mini sizes) and empanadas.
On the sweet side, they have a great assortment of regular and mini desserts that you can try without feeling guilty about breaking your diet!
The decoration and ambiance are both beautiful and relaxing.

We went with two of her recommendations. The il piu italiano avo toast and mega mushroom omelette…so good!! “Versailles serves the best coffee I have ever had. We went back two days in a row and took our time enjoying a cortadito and pastel guayaba at the counter. I recommend the freshly squeezed orange juice as well.There is a steady stream of customers and a vibrant energy to the whole experience. The staff is attentive and efficient. Lauren took great care of us both days. She was the best! It is worth it to stay for a bit and enjoy the ambience rather than taking coffee to go. “Great old school outdoor mini cafe that’s part of a sweet classic roadside market - “Wayside” since 1948. Coffees, teas, (including iced matcha, our choice) with smoothies & treats, as well as prepared foods, produce and snack-type grocery conveniences next door. A couple of picnic tables with umbrellas and also around the corner from botanical gardens and parks. Good stuff.“
