“Hole in the Wall Tavern is hands down one of the best hidden gems we’ve found! Every single thing we ordered was exceptionally delicious, fresh, and clearly made with care. You can taste the homemade touch in everything that comes out of the kitchen.

The fresh-cut fries were the best we’ve ever had, perfectly crisp and full of flavor. The Caesar salad was absolutely delicious, fresh, balanced, and done just right. My son said the hot dog was the biggest and best he has ever had, which is saying a lot! The fish dip is our favorite, full of flavor and incredibly fresh, and the mahi tacos were simply amazing — perfectly cooked, quality ingredients, and one of kind. Even the chili was scrumptious, rich, hearty, and clearly homemade.

What really makes this place stand out is the attention to detail. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in every plate.

A special shout-out to Sam Diedrick, the owner, who truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. His passion shows in the food, the service, and the overall experience. Add in the coldest beers around, great service, unbelievable prices, and amazing food, and you have a place we will keep coming back to.

“Good place for Trinidad food - boneless chicken (curry) roti and doubles are my regulars. You can also find Carib beer and Solo among other favorite Carinbean soft drinks. There is some seating but prefer take out. Price of roti is about ten dollars and they take cash only. Definitely recommend you try this tasty food“

“I have been a customer of Fritanga Monimbo Palmetto Bay for many years. IMHO, the food is better than Los Ranchos and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. They have a great variety of food options including chicken, pork and beef with seasonal options that include soups and Baho. I also place catering orders through them and have fed as many as 40 family members with the use of their services. The staff is friendly especially Emma Reyes who always support her customers with a smile. I always look forward to eating at or picking up food at Fritanga Monimbo.“

“I tried this restaurant on my way in to grocery shop at the Publix shopping center. They had my order ready upon leaving the store which was only about 12 minutes. The employee that took my order was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of the chicken with vegetables. It was fresh, tasty, hot and had a lot of veggies but was light on chicken. “Services was qui k and swift food was good as usual coming from a Steve's pizza ,pizza always on point. Can't say to much about their fountain drink of lemonade wasn't too tasteful .wich is my opinion very sour all other category was on point great job Steve's pizza 8.5“

“Luca offered an explosion of flavors. The restaurant is small with outside seating. During the afternoon, the weather is enjoyable. They have outdoor fans. Located in the beautiful Giralda Ave. Coral Gables. The menu is varied and exquisite. For antipasti, we had pattate fritte, tuna caprese, and Stracciatella with black truffle honey. For our main course we had cacio e Pepe and short rib bolognese. Our desert was panna cotta. They also offer a wonderful menu of cocktails. We had 3 different Italian spritzes. My favorite was the Hugo. Everything was 5/5. Worthy trying, make reservations ahead of time!“

“I recently placed a large order, intending to have the sandwiches for dinner, saving the empanadas, pastries, and croquettes for breakfast the next day, and the salad and soup for lunch the following day. Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. We caught them at turnover and they couldn’t care less. We talked about hitting craft as a high point for our one night in Miami before cruising… and now we won’t bother going back to Bayside.“
