“My waiter Kirill S at the university location was very courteous and attentive. The lemon pepper wings although was small was quite tasty. I was alone and the bill was small so I tipped beyond the recommended amount. Great service and atmosphere.“

Luke was our server, he was very friendly, greeted our table quickly, knowledgeable about the menu items and helpful in choosing the delicious food we received. We started off with the bang, bang shrimp, my husband then got the filet & lobster and I got the grilled salmon with lemon & caper butter, broccoli & a caesar salad. Everything was Delicious. The manager Jessica was walking around visiting with the tables, it was really nice to see an establishment that truly cared how the customers experience was going. “I recently placed a large order, intending to have the sandwiches for dinner, saving the empanadas, pastries, and croquettes for breakfast the next day, and the salad and soup for lunch the following day. Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh and held great overnight for the next days meals. Highly impressed with the quality of the food and the value for the cost. Careful on the parking, I almost got towed because I parked on the wrong side of the restaurant. Its very confusing snd could happen to anyone. Good thing I was paying attention.

The onion soup was not great, and thats a shame as the rest of thenplace was good. The empanadas delicious, breads so good. But that soup was a complete waste. Id go back, but just focus on tapas style items and bakes goods. Id skip the real food based on my soup experience.“

Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. We caught them at turnover and they couldn’t care less. We talked about hitting craft as a high point for our one night in Miami before cruising… and now we won’t bother going back to Bayside.“
