I stopped at this Starbucks close to home and the one I usually go to and asked if the could add something to make it taste better otherwise it was a waste of $8. The manager Analisha said, we will make you another one instead. She stated they likely used regular shots instead of blonde shots and could tell by looking at the color of the drink. Great recovery customer service to this young lady! Thank you Analisha ( spelling?).“

“It is a great and convenient place to stop and get some coffee while you're out shopping or running errands, and the staff is very friendly and pleasant. I like the coffee better than Dunkin Donuts and the cocktails are pretty good too“

“I come about 2 times a week and every time has been wonderful. The employee are always so nice and helpful. One time they even went above and beyond for my daughter. She is 4 and had some sad news that day. She wanted chocolate milk but unfortunately they were out. One of the lovely employees had made her chocolate milk and it was such a small juster , but it meant so much to us. I am very grateful for their thoughtfulness!“
