“My family and I regularly visit “Hub’s” and typically service and food are fine. But this recent time 3/2/25, it just seems like things are going downhill, which is unfortunate. We actually ended up leaving without eating. I asked the first server if there was a drink/cocktail menu to which we were told no but they have a fully stocked bar. Okay then..server number two comes up and I asked the same thing, and surprise surprise, there was one on the napkin holder. So, we order our drinks and they never came back. Now, there was a larger party that came in AFTER us and they paid attention to them, took their order and even the table behind us (we were there before half that table showed up too). After waiting and watching everyone else get service except for us, I had to go get someone just so we could pay for our drinks and leave. I understand if you’re possibly understaffed but my family was there before the party AND the table behind us got food even before we were even given an opportunity to order. Ended up walking to Juan’s up the street and it was incredible. Thanks for the poor service since we ended up with a business that wanted all the guests and a fantastic server who was able to make sure all of her tables felt welcome.“

“The staff at this location tonight reacted perfectly to a different customer that went above and beyond to be Rude. These employees names are Danyele and Jonah. These two where directly spoken too by this woman who is 100% out of line to the point where I stepped in and said something to her. She then tried to argue with me and left the store. Moments later she called the store and spoke so loudly and rudely I could hear her speaking while waiting for my food. I feel that this lady is going to twist this into somehow the employees where in the wrong when they stayed calm the entire time and I truly feel it needs to be acknowledged for this. I will be also calling in tomorrow to inform whoever of this experience. side note my food was fantastic! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK“

It was almost closing time for both when I went in for my food, and the girls working here were so nice about it and even called the correct location to give them a heads up I was coming. So nice of them! Great customer service is rare these days so I didn’t want it to go unnoticed. Thank you ladies! And I did get my sandwiches- they were delicious!“

“These guys at this store went above and beyond for our NJROTC cadets that were visiting on a Spring Break trip. It was a last minute lunch and they had them ready within two hours. “This is my second attempt on trying to post my honest review about this Firehouse location But somehow it just wouldn’t upload. But i visited this place a few days ago. The food was awesome and service was very nice. Me and my husband sat in the parking lot to eat our food, and we overheard an argument between a young woman who seemed to be in black firehouse uniform with blonde hair and some random guy. Her and the guy were screaming so loud at each other that i overheard her call him a racial slur that did not sit right with my spirit. We felt so uncomfortable and me and my husband got out of there immediately. Food and service was very great but please correct your staff on professionalism.“

“So, the food was standard for a subway, solid and quick. I’ve always liked subway, just find it a good quick meal. I saw several other reviewers say they got bad service, yeah, I’ve had bad service at subways in the past for sure. But wanted to at least give a shout out to the two gentlemen working who were there today when we ate. They were so pleasant and polite to us. They talked nicely to our kids and were sweet to them. We watched them treat everyone that came through for the 45 minutes we were there with genuine decency. Really appreciate that.
