“We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday here with the staff going all out making her feel important! A waitress gave her $5 and a manger bought her dessert they sang to her and made her night special! Food was amazing! Live music and a beautiful night out on the patio 10/10 recommend!! “We ate here 2 nights while staying on the beach this week. The hummus and flatbread along with their house salad for a starter was sooo good. The coconut shrimp was good and the coconut curry snapper was the best fish I have ever tasted and I grew up in Florida. The dish is not sweet and the flavor is amazing along with fish cooked perfect. Don’t hesitate to eat here it was our best meal when in St Pete Beach. Thanks Snappers we will be back!“

“We went to Shrimpy's (mostly NOLA style food) for my wife's birthday dinner with our sons. It was our first time. Our table was on the deck right on the water. There is ample seating inside as well. We had grouper bites and hush puppies as starters and a bowl of gumbo which were all delicious. Each of us ordered something different as a main course but everyone thought their food was delicious. We shared a sundae and NOLA-style bread pudding which were also very good. If you don't like loud music or sounds, you should sit inside.“

I tried the traditional fried grouper sandwich — it was good and well-prepared, but I’ll try other options next time to give a more accurate verdict. While it didn’t completely blow me away, it was still tasty and satisfying.

What really makes the place stand out is the friendly service, quick attention, and positive energy! I totally recommend visiting this awesome spot and enjoying a nice margarita while watching the sunset.

“First off I don't know how anyone can give the place less than 5 stars. The waitress was in a fantastic mood and very helpful when suggesting the appetizers and local favorites. The food was fresh and full of flavor. Honestly the best lobster mac and cheese i have ever eaten. My wife had the meat loaf and is usually negative about how it presented and taste however she couldn't stop eating it.

“Walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile by Malcom who helped us choose the best options. I so wanted to try the gizzards but they were sold out-they must be good! We had the garlic snow crab platter and had them spice it up a bit, so buttery and flaky. We also tried the garlic shrimp platter which had plenty of large shrimp and both had delicious butter soaked potatoes and corn on the cob too. Then we had the fried catfish with seasoned fries. This is a take out only location and all the better for it. When we picked up our order we got to meet "Little Pompey" who was rang us up and thanked us for our business. Any platter you choose Snow Crab, Blue Crab, Shrimp will be worth it just ask for a little heat if you like it!“

“The owner is very friendly the food is light and not a heavy buttery seasoning. It’s more like a boil with butter on the side. I enjoyed my snowcrab sausage, potatoes and shrimp. The only thing I would add is little more spice, but other than that, I enjoyed my food.“
