Wendy's in Plant City

“Genna was so sweet. We haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years and required a minute to look over the menu. She was kind, patient, had an award winning smile and we felt welcomed. My son who is sick and waiting for a script at CVS even said MOM she was so sweet! She is truly an asset .“

“I went twice once in the evening and once in the AM and was given excellent service last night and this morning for breakfast. My food was hot and quickly delivered to me by a wonderful lady with a great smile this morning. That is always an inspiration and amazing feeling to be greeted and served that way. So in conclusion they will get an A+++ from me today ? ty for the wonderful experience Wendy’s employees nice to feel welcome ?“

“I like to get the fusion frosties fries too Double Stack chili that's about all I eat from they have been doing really good on the fusions if you get the right person at the window some of them out of their own stock in Wendy's and they want to be really specific stingy they never fill it up full enough and they are stingy with what they put in it there is no definite measurements it depends on who's working and how they're feeling which is not fair to the customer I had to pay a $1.20 for extra Crunchies in mine and I bought a large to start with so that that they were trying to rip me off and they had a bad day cuz I can't see them and you put more and you're like oh there's plenty in there I'm like I paid $ $1.20 extra put more in there I shouldn't have to ask you twice I am the customer the only bad experience I have ever had“
