“My wife and I went to Ponce Inlet, never having been before. We were greeted by Caitlyn, I hoped I spelled her name correctly, who was the most gracious server we have had in a long time. Great service, great food, great view, affordable and just a great find. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. We plan on making this place a definite stop when we're in the area. Kudos to the staff !!! ☆☆☆☆☆“

“Since I live in Ponce Inlet, I've been to Down the Hatch many times and have always found their seafood to be so fresh all the time. This time I had my sons visiting me from St. Louis, they wanted to eat at the best restaurant for seafood, and of course, we went right here and it didn't disappoint. They especially loved the shecrab soup with the sherry on the side. It was scrumptious. Their dinners were wonderful, as well as the desserts. Needless to say, we went home with plenty of leftovers. Steve, the server was great. All in all, it was a perfect night. So whether you live nearby or on vacation, make it a point to dine there.“

“We tried this local restaurant today for the first time. The food was terrific, cooked perfectly. The “fish camp fixings” was a nice addition. Our server was friendly and efficient. We dined outside to enjoy the beautiful day. The children’s playground out there seemed out of place. It took away from the esthetics of the place and the whole dining experience.“

“I went with a group on Wednesday. I choose the Wrong lunch. it was the millionaires Grill cheese. on thick bread with thin layer of crab & lobster which was fishy. it was Not fresh or sweet. “My wife and I had an early dinner at Boondocks in Port Orange. The drinks and food were great. The only thing better was the service. If a server passed your table, with a smile they asked how everything was and did you need anything. Best staff attitude I have seen in a long time. Cudos to the Staff and mgt. “I had an outstanding experience at Crab Stop II in Daytona Beach. The food was absolutely excellent — fresh, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. You can really taste the difference in the quality of the seafood here compared to the average spot.

The portions were generous, the crab legs were cooked just right, and the seasoning mix had the perfect balance of spice and flavor without overpowering the natural taste of the seafood. Everything came out hot and fresh, and it was clear the kitchen takes real pride in their work.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, even though the place was busy. The atmosphere was relaxed but lively, exactly what you’d want in a seafood spot this close to the beach.

“10/10!!! Everything about this place me and my sister loved. The food was awesome. We had the Grouper nuggets as an appetizer, I had the Key West combo with caribbean street corn, and black beans and rice. My sister had fish and chips with black beans and rice as well. Everything was so delicious! I also had a Tito’s blue raspberry lemonade (i can’t remember the name!) and it was also phenomenal. We had the best server, the best view on the upper deck, and the live music was also a great plus.

The only complaint is they had a young girl by herself running the host stand and sweet willy’s downstairs. We went to get an ice cream and they only had limited selection, she scooped my ice cream and sat it down to go and sit the door. We waited and waited for her to come back to get the other ice cream, as mine melted. After about 10-15 min we decided to leave. Everything else was phenomenal!“

I went while on vacation and left a package with all my iPhone, iwatch and AirPods. 3 was later I called & they had them. The general manager and manager mailed it to me. “This was our first experience at the Myrtle Beach location and TK did not disappoint. She made our first visit the best! We will definitely be back because of her. She was an excellent waitress and we had a blast! If you go ask for TK she wont disappoint! The food was yummy too! If you are easily offended don't go because you will get Your feelings hurt. Their filet is one of the best in town. Whether you are enjoying the “speak easy secrets” atmosphere upstairs for a pre-dinner drink or the vibrant energy of the dining room, it is always on point. The only thing that would improve it would be to expand, add live music and a classy place to dance.“

“We went to a different seafood place and gave up, because it just wasn’t good. But locals recommended Macker Seafood so we tried it. It was AMAZING! Seasoning, flavor, it’s SOO fresh, service was amazing. It’s such a good restaurant. We can’t wait to come back on our next trip, this will definitely be our go to seafood spot.“

“We went to Caribbean Jacks while on vacation, and were not disappointed. The food was wonderful, and the service was fantastic. This is not the reason for the review however. When we contacted the restaurant about a possible lost credit card, Chris and the rest of his staff went above and beyond by locating the card, then personally mailing it to our home. “Best.Omelette.Ever! The breakfast buffet is very good with a lot of great options, but the omelette station and the gentlemen making omelettes on 7/31/24 was hands-down the best we have ever had.
This restaurant is located inside the Daytona Beach Hilton on N. Atlantic Ave.

Parking: The Hilton has their own parking area however you do have to pay for parking. The other option is valet.“
