“I was invited to go to Tijuana Flats as a last-minute thing! I decided to accept because I didn’t feel like cooking dinner that night! It had been quite a while since my last visit to any Tijuana Flats but this one was one I hadn’t ever visited.

This location was fairly busy for a Wednesday night. There was no problem with finding a table, tho. The food came out relatively quick and was delivered to the table, as opposed to us waiting at the counter like a take-out meal. It was all prepared just as ordered and the portions were great.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean given the amount of people that were eating at the time. The staff was very patient with the kids in our party as they placed their own orders. It was a good visit and worth the 20 minute drive! Definitely will re-visit!“

“I usually walk-in to order here, because it's pretty convenient. The service and food are great; I've been here a few times now, and the orders have always been correct, including removing toppings. I did see one person walk in with an incorrect order, but he was unclear with the request to begin with. Never hurts to double check, though.“

“I'm giving 5 stars for customer service, particularly for the efforts of the manager on duty I spoke to tonight, Kyle. I understand Papa John's uses a call center to process their orders, but that degree of separation leaves a lot of room for delivery failure, as was the case tonight (again). Called in my order, dude read back what I ordered. It was wrong. Went through it again, dude read it back correctly this time. Order arrives, came out the way it was incorrectly read back originally. Annoying, of course. This was an almost $50 order. I called again, this time went straight to the store. Not sure how that works. Anyway, Kyle understood the problem and made it right. Good man. The point of this is I'm quite confident that using a call center was a decision that had some positive effect on the corporate bottom line, but it sucks for the customers and, I expect, the people working in the actual stores. Long story short, don't get too mad at the people at the shop if your delivery comes out jacked up. Might not be their fault. Also buy Kyle a beer or non-alcoholic beverage of his choice. Cheers“

“This Place is pitiful. There's a manager yelling at everybody right behind the counter. You can't enter the handicap entrance. They make you order from the kiosk.And The kiosk won't let you remove things you don't want on your sandwich. I just don't know what happened to the good old days but they are freaking gone.“

“Jeff and his team of amazing workers really out do themselves. The best chick-fil-a in the area hands down. The store is clean, friendly and fast. We come in with 15+ participants everytime we come and they are so patient with our IDD friends! This store definitely deserves to be highlighted because WOW they are amazing“

“This location has THE best customer service. They delivered the food to table, one drink had some leak on lid and the associate took it back to clean it off!! Then My Dr. Pepper tasted watered down i was just letting them know, so they knew. an associate gave me a different drink but one of the other ones went in the back and actually fixed the machine. Came out and brought me a fresh dr. pepper! BETTER SERVICE THAN A FANCY RESTAURANT!! GOOD JOB CHICK-FIL-A 👏🏼👏🏼🫶🏼“

“Chick fil a always rocks! Their management team should run for president. They have great, personable employees, they keep prices affordable for good, hot food, they deliver the product in fast, efficient and FRIENDLY manner. And your order is always right and even has napkins, straws, ketchup, and salt and pepper. The line can be wrapped around the building out to the street, and they still treat you like you are the most important person of the day. All other fast food restaurants should take note. Chick fil a managememt for president!!!“
