“I had the best customer service experience here, the app wasnt properly working and in my experience when the issue is brought to the manager, no help is actually given but, go through the app. The general manager, whose friendly and outgoing personality made a frustrating issue, less so. She went above and beyond to fix the issue, I got 2 Italian sandwiches for $8 which was an awesome deal and will be back soon, the food is delicious“

“Good service and good burgers at an affordable price. You can find less expensive but you are definitely not going to get the quality you get here. They also have options for salads, chicken, and of course you can get dessert with several options for shake and custard. If you want a quality meal at a family friendly price this is a good place to keep on your list of options.“

“The young man took extra care and time to wash not only the utensils but the boards as well as his hands and changed his gloves when I told him about my food allergies (most of the times I've ordered elsewhere they just wash the utensils ). He was really nice to me and my daughter.“

Even though it was raining I sat at a semi-dry table outside under the awning. The door opened up and Anicce said you're food is ready come inside. I said there are no tables. She said I just cleaned off a nice table for you come inside. she seated me and serve my food and I watched her treat everyone else with the same demeanor. I hope you take good care of her on payday because she is a five star employee“

“We drove nearly an hour from Palm Coast to come to this location for our first time yesterday... My husband is originally from Southern Cali and loves this place so when I saw an article about this Del Taco opening near us, I knew we had to take a lil road trip! We were immediately greeted by an incredibly sweet employee at the register, Cassie (spelling?). I think she was in love with our old service pup and simply so kind to us. She was very accommodating and patient with our order too. The facility looked very clean and it wasn't too busy. Our food came out quickly and was everything hubby remembered it was. I had only been to one in SoCal once with him years ago but this location was a better experience for me. After we ate, we ordered more food to take home for later. I normally won't eat "fast food" and Lord knows I am not supposed to eat dairy but I couldn't help myself. It was definitely worth the trip and we will be back.“

“I've personally been going to this subway almost daily, 4 to 5 days a week for probably a year now and have not yet had a bad experience . Veronica always takes care of my orders. For the first time yesterday (12/15/2025 )I used the restroom and to my surprise it was very very clean. Not sure about the lady's restrooms but its rare to find a public place with clean man's restrooms.. I do see a few negative comments but those are probably from people that worked there for a week or so with attitudes. Keep up the good work 👏“
