“Absolutely DISGUSTING. The fries were cold and soggy and undercooked. The sweet tea looked like water and the crispy chicken I ordered so small you couldn’t even see it out of the bun. It was also very overcooked and hard. I couldn’t even eat it. Terrible food. The restaurant was not busy at the time.“
“I went there the other day and Jay Sean was super helpful. Some lady pulled into the spot where I was supposed to get my food and drove off with the wrong order (mine). Jay Sean was a dog and got it all figured out. He was super helpful, and expressed great customer service skills.“
“Pretty mad about this one they need to slow down an look at orders.. my kid has allergies so I get her burger plain get the order hand her food then look in my mirror and see that the burger was not plain even though it said it twice on the sticker it had all the toppings not too happy with this place will start going to another because if I had to rush my kid to the hospital because there rushing there job I would of been in there causing a scene.“
“I often stop here late at night after work, and the team usually does a great job.
Even when it’s busy, the line moves quickly and the food comes out fresh.
Tonight, Kendall (the manager on duty) and the crew really kept things running smoothly appreciate the effort...!“
