“Burnin Barber-Que catered my daughter’s graduation party and to say that the food was spectacular is an understatement!! Their BBQ and sides were/ are the best that I have had in YEARS!!!!! I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be returning when I come back to Tampa!!“

“Food was so freaking good, especially their homemade sauce you don’t need ranch or blue cheese for it. The grilled corn was a 10/10 as well. I also had the banana pudding it was light and sweet enough for me not too sweet. Also the potato salad was good as well too. Great customer service at that! Very nice and made fresh and ready to eat! Highly recommend. I found this place on TikTok.“

“It was my first time eating here at Mama's Soulfood.I ordered the Oaxtail dinner with yellow rice, Collard greens and macaroni cheese.I just moved here from Miami,Florida 10 months ago..I was very dissatisfied with the Collard greens which had a distinct odor and wasn't completely cooked. Oxtails was very salty. Rice was okay and the Macaroni cheese was delicious. I was very disappointed with my experience. I grew up on soulfood from Miami. I have to say my Mama's soulfood experience was the worst.“

The prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous. The owner's passion for his business was evident; his presence truly made a difference. The restaurant was spotless, and the food was absolutely delicious. The music wasn’t too loud either. I will definitely return and highly recommend others to dine here. “I've had the breakfast buffet to go SEVERAL times in the past few months. I have my collection of to-go containers to prove it. 😊 The food is always hot, tasty, and filling. This morning I grabbed cheese grits, scrambled eggs, link sausage and home fries. 😋 I also picked up the bread pudding. Delicious!! No pics, because I'm always ready to eat when I get home with the food.
Fred's Market is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for comfort food.“
