“My daughter is a vanilla purest and this is her favorite place to crush a cone. We always have her order independently, and the employees (often young adults) are so kind and patient with her. She recently broke her leg, and all she wanted was Whits after. With many options to choose in the area, this is our go to.“

“I've eaten at this location quite a few times the last few months, and I have yet to be disappointed with the cleanliness, friendliness or anything else. The manager RJ is courteous and professional as well, so it's no shock to see how well run this restaurant is. Thank you very much!!

Once again, absolutely a very friendly team and management crew... 5 stars. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend the pizza. While it has great flavor, today wasnt the first time I've received it overcooked to the point where most of the pepperoni were burnt and dried out... definitely takes from the experience. But the cakes are good, the pastas and sandwiches; give those a shot. (Note: had to run back to work so there was no time to comment in person or wait for a remake).“

“I truly enjoyed my first time at any of Tibits' locations. I had a 1/2 Ruben with Chicken, Rice, and Sausage Gumbo combo. I was very impressed with the Chicken, Rice, and Sausage Gumbo. By the way, the weather was cold and rainy, I couldn't had a better lunch on a day like this. Thank you Jam and Regina for such wonderful service!!!! Definitely coming back to try the next combo😋“

“Blue Bamboo is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Jacksonville. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can tell real care goes into every dish. The Sichuan bowl was packed with bold flavor without being overpowering, and everything came out hot and beautifully presented.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. They made great recommendations, checked in at the right moments, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for amazing food, great service, and a place that clearly takes pride in what they do, Blue Bamboo is a must. I’ll definitely be back.“

“This is my favorite location! The smoothies are always made perfectly! The staff is always so helpful with smiles on their faces. Yesterday I had the Peanut Power Plus and it was so awesome!
