“When we got there it was an hour long wait for the grill and a 10-15 minute wait for a regular table. The kids wanted to do the grill but were ok with the regular table after we found out how long we would have to wait for the grill. There were only 2 cooks at the grill tables so we knew it would take some time for everyone to enjoy the presentation. We were seated at our regular table and our waitress was AMAZING even since she was really busy!! Our food was delicious and came out fast!!!! Our drinks were never empty and she was checking on us the whole time!!!! Would definitely recommend Jana's Steakhouse to anyone!!!“

“Stopped in to scope out a place to take my native born Japanese mother. VERY GOOD FOOD - the tonkatsu ramen was fresh and not overly-salty as other places tend to serve. The chirashi was delicious. Will definitely return!“

“This is one of the very best Sushi restaurants that i have ever eaten at. The service was spectacular and the selection of sushi and sashimi was stupendous. I have eaten in many Sushi restaurants and I have to say this is by far my favorite . Whenever we are in St. Augustine I know we will eat there again. My husband, who does not like sushi, also loved the food he was able to get.“

“So let me tell you. I love their sushi. Good food. Great price. Always good service. Now a beef. I used to eat there twice a month. They give you fried Oreo for desert. Complements of the house. But when I order pick up guess what. They wanted to charge $6 for something they give me free. Used to be a regular and hate to even say something negative but that’s just not right.“

“Fresh, delicious sushi and hibachi. Restaurant ambience was very nice, cleanly, super friendly, and efficient service by Tristen. Greeted with complimentary soup upon seating and a delicious appetizer, and complementary dessert. One of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had, the fancy sushi roll, pictured. Even a small souvenir included, highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Good was fantastic and the show was entertaining. Often the guys don't the hibachi just go through the same old routine, but we saw several new things here tonight.
Pricing was fair, especially considering the quality of the actual food was higher than the last few Japanese steakhouses we've been to recently.
Would come back for more.“

“Great spot for sushi burritos! I get a veggie roll every time, and sometimes I choose to have it rolled, cut, or even deep-fried.
The staff are super nice and always playing music. However, I notice that when a certain lady is there, the guys tend to be quieter and don’t talk much, as she seems a bit strict. This place is located inside The Avenue Mall in the food court.
The food is delicious and reasonably priced. It’s an extra $1 for deep-frying, and avocado and cream cheese cost between $0.50 and $0.75 extra, while additional sauce is just $0.25.
I highly recommend this place! I get a burrito every time I'm at the mall.“

“Very chill, went with a friend. Ordered the vegan cucumber avacado roll which came with pickled ginger & wasabi, also got edamame with sweet tea & strawberry japanese soda. Loved it! Hope they can add some more vegan friendly appetizers & items, but enjoyed.
Friendly, patient service, provided guidance for dietary restrictions. Hoping to return sometime.

“I have eaten at the restraunt a couple times inside and it has been awesome everytime so I do recommend eating there. Service has always been awesome, but Do not order to go. The food quality to go is nowhere close to when eat eat there and that's disappointing. I ordered hibatchi chicken and shrimp to go and pretty good chicken and shrimp floating in sauce and a bunch of onions and carrots floating in watery sauce. Will never order to go again. Especially when my whole order was over 75 dollars.“

“I love this place. I drive about 30 minutes to get the amazing Japanese teriyaki chicken with noodles and steamed rice mixed vegetables and tons of teriyaki chicken. The portion size is unbelievably huge. Totally get your money's worth.. super friendly staff. Gilbert the manager and Miguel always greet me with a smile and a thumbs up. Way to go guys. Best value for Japanese teriyaki.“

“Good value AYCE sushi, I would say one of the better ones in the area.
The service was prompt and efficient.
We ordered several starters (edamame - great, wonton - good, lumpia - ok) and a variety of sushi and sashimi which all tasted quite good.
For just $27 per person for AYCE lunch on a Sunday it's a solid choice.“

“I love this restaurant and have recommended it to multiple people because they provide and all you can eat style menu but everything is fresh and made to order so I love it for that reason. The food tastes great. Over the years though the building itself has started to deteriorate: tables are run down walls run down. Bathrooms are rundown. Service is mid. I still go because I love the food, but wish the other things would be fixed.“
