“Friday night was a spectacular evening at Block 15 Cork & Craft owners Tom & Melanie were great hosts. After a week of cleaning up from Hurricane Milton and losing their power, it was ready to open their doors. They offered delicious Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Charcuterie & Cheese Boards complementary to their guests as a good gesture for the loyalty of their patronage.
We ordered a bottle of their Portuguese Silk & Spice White Blend Wine that accompanied the snacks superbly and offered a nice selection of NA Beers to one of our guests. They offered a nice selection of Wines, Beers, and Ports with their State of the Art Cruvinet Wine System that supplies you with a Fresh and Crisp Glass of Wine each and every time.
This place has a Relaxing Atmosphere with a Long Spacious Bar and plenty of Hightop Seating throughout the Bar. We brought a group of people for an evening of entertainment with our good friends Tasa+Rob, a Dazzling Musical Husband & Wife Duo that transport you back in time with the Classic Songs from the 60's, 70's, and 80's and too today's current hits.
What an evening of Fun & Entertainment, so put it on your list to Patronize Block 15 Cork & Craft and don't forget to follow the Amazing ever so Talented Tasa+Rob.

“Had a yet again wonderful dinner experience there this past Saturday. The food was great, bested only by the wonderful service and welcoming atmosphere. I called them this morning in search of my credit card that I was frantically looking for. I believe it was the owner who answered, and even though they were closed at that time, volunteered himself to go the restaurant to see if my card was there. He called me within a half hour that it was there. He waited until I got there to give me the card. He was an absolute gem to do this of his own accord. I can’t thank him and his wonderful restaurant enough!“

“Food was superb. with the dessert being a surprize. Coming from Texas I am highly critical of place. The service was quick and effecient, and also knowledgable of the menu. Food was tremendous, from appetizer to entree. Desert was a surprise, with just the final touch of sweet. Only negstive was the condition of the restroom.“

“Roessler’s restaurant is lovely - the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxed - our waitress was truly a professional - everything from our drinks to our amazing meals (duck,chicken,short ribs,scallops ,salads ) were prepared to perfection . “Everything was perfect. The Kona rubbed NY strip steak was cooked exactly as requested and delicious. The salmon was also excellent. We loved the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Service was impeccable. Yes, this is a pricey restaurant but well worth it if you want to treat yourself to an upscale, relaxing dinner.“

“My husband and I recently had the pleasure if dining at Sophie’s, in Saks Fifth Avenue in Sarasota. What an amazing experience. The decor both inside and outside so chic. We had Matty as our waitress. She was spot on with top notch service and a wonderful personality. We started with a bread basket of assorted toppings, delicious. He had the Tai chicken. Well prepared and perfect with seasoning. I had on of the best burger ever. Cooked and seasoned perfectly at medium rare with tasty fries. The manager checked on us several times, a nice touch you don’t see anymore. If you happen to be in the area at the mall, I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. We will be back.“

“This restaurant provides truly refined andexcellent food and is worthy of a "big city". The challenge is whether Sarasota is "big enough" and sufficiently sophisticated for it at this stage. Come on Sarasota, prove that you are up to this challenge, or is it to be burgers and pizza for you all for ever?“

“We went for Burger special Night on Tuesday! Jess was our bartender, she was very attentive! I ordered the Fin & Tonic burger and my husband ordered the Southwest Burger, both came out looking amazing, the French fries were hot and nice and crispy, burgers were great, I was so full I couldn’t finish mine but they were both awesome!!“

“Hands down the BEST dinner I have had out in a long time!!! And I eat out a lot! I enjoyed a glass of chardonnay and the Amalfi chicken dinner over gluten free pasta. It came out piping hot from the kitchen and each bite literally melted in my mouth with so much flavor! Very generous sized portions so I enjoyed my leftovers the next night. The servers were very attentive. I cant wait to go back to try another dish on their menu! I highly recommend!“

“This is not the quality of Ruth Chris. The server did not refill the water or clean dishes from the table. Lacking very basic service skills. Her helper was not professional either. The filet was good. Garlic mashed potatoes seemed like instant. Not acceptable for Ruth Chris. Salads are not as nice as many previous visits. Blue cheese dressing is still amazing.“
