“We had the best dinner at Poke Falls. We enjoyed a tuna bowl, salmon roll and hibachi bowl, mango boba tea and tarot smoothie. Everything was prepared in front of us and super fast. The restaurant owners (we presume) were super friendly great hosts. We will be back and be ordering delivery.“

“I just tried their lobster salad roll last weekend while we were staying at the beach for a couple nights. I was going back to our room from the beach and it was over 100 degrees out, the kids were grumpy and I just wanted a lobster roll. It was delicious! The staff was so friendly, and even gave me a sample of their slushy drink (mix the lemonade and strawberry açaí 😉) and it was SO refreshing. I’ll definitely have to visit every time we are in town.“

“It's been 4 years since we've eaten at Dockside Dave's, and I still think of their food! A friend of 50 years, used to live in St. Petersburg years and years ago. When we told her we going to Madeira Beach, she said you have to go to Dockside Dave's. Needless to say, we ate there every night. I wish we had one in Oklahoma!“

“This is going to be emotional for me.. My Dad grew up in St. Pete. We vacationed there every year, because it’s where he’s from and at the time, my grandmother was still alive and lived there as well. We never missed a summer. Coming here was part of that tradition. Even as an adult, my Dad and I made it a tradition to head down to St. Pete, and we would eat here a few times and take some Smoked Mackerel home with us. In the summer of 2021, we made our yearly trip down. Oddly, something felt different about this trip. My mom had left us when I was 3, so it had always just been my Dad and I. On our way out, we stopped to get something to eat and to grab some to go. Sitting there in our favorite restaurant, I told my Dad how thankful I was for him and the relationship we had. We talked about things we’ve never talked about. We talked about my mom and he wanted to make sure he did enough throughout the years. We both learned a lot that day. That was July of 2021. My Dad passed away from ALM Leukemia on November 29, 2021. That was our last trip together. I haven’t been back since but I want to. Thank you for being the greatest memory I shared with my Dad and a part of our story. Lord knows I miss the Smoked Mackerel ❤️“

“We were disappointed Monday...... they were out of coconut shrimp, the fish special, and their normal French fries. Although we mentioned how bad the French fries were to the waitress, no substitute was offered. We also had to stop another waitress to get drink refills. I emailed the restaurant, but no response. The wharf is our go-to restaurant at St Pete Beach..... the fried shrimp and fish basket were very good, but we were surprised at the food they were out of at 6:30 at night.“

“The food was fabulous! Be warned, however, that they don't have much of a non-alcoholic beverage selection--Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, ice tea some sort of near-beer, and some sort of lemon mocktail. They didn't even have sparkling water. I wound up drinking club soda with my $75 meal. There are plenty of less expensive restaurants which are able to offer a wide variety of such beverages as kombucha, a selection of teas, a variety of soda flavors, and bottled mineral water--and without the massive glass storeroom that this place uses for wine. Other than that, the food was wonderful.“

“We were Familiar with PJ's in St. Pete Beach, which is currently closed due to the hurricanes. So we tried this one. Menus are near the same with a few exceptions. We started out with Nicole at the bar and I had a mojito and a dozen ? oysters. They come from the east coast and were great and also had a mojito. She got grouper nuggets also wonderful. She won't drink anything except Budweiser in a bottle and I had a mojito. The menu says baked potato not available until after 5pm but the shift changed and Jeannine our replacement server said oh yeah you can get baked ? now. They are ready. So I then ordered Chicago Grouper with baked ? and coleslaw and a mojito. She decided to go with Jeanine's recommendation the baked scallops instead of the crab cakes with a baked ? and coleslaw and I got a mojito. We both liked the coleslaw and the baked potatoes were great. Now the Chicago Grouper was absolutely the ? knee's to me and then I tried her scallops. She never eats her full portion. She did tonight and I had a mojito. Only complaint is the bill was a little stiff. But we ate like ? and Lil Princess oh and I had another Mojito. I think I set some sort of new record for the amount of those one can drink in a night, when generally I have about 1 a year. Anyways we had a great night with great staff and other local customers and definitely recommend the foods we tried along with mojito. This is a top place for us now that we live just down the road. Although not sure I need another mojito anytime soon.“
