“This place was amazing after my very recent visit to another Duncan where I had the worst experience in my life I even asked for a refund and didn’t get it all back. I didn’t let this ruin my day though so I chose another Dunkin and I must say the service here was amazing very polite. Very patient with my children as they placed their own orders made the experience want to remember I will definitely be coming back here. I’d love to add a name on here to say who was pleasant, but then I’d be adding the entire department. Everyone here was amazing. other locations need to take notes from you guys. I loved my service love the visit. I will definitely be coming back.“

“As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the cashier with a very positive attitude. Everyone behind the counter seemed to be in a great mood. I received my order very quickly and it was perfect, hot and tasty. The facility was very clean as well. Thank you for treating me with such positive attitude instead of with an attitude as if you hate your job, like I've been treated at other locations.“
“This Dunkin or Dunkin Donuts because I don't know the real name. This venue has a great drive thru for quick service. I tried Sabrina's Strawberry Daydream Refresher which sounds like it has a back story and my server was zipping today. So I found out the back story next time, delicious. Accessible venue with accessible tables indoors. Van accessible free parking in private lot. Great quick drive thru with covered area to order

“Depending upon which dunkin' donuts the one near my home in Gulfport at times has had not so good service. I went once when they first opened it and did not go back for 2 years. Things are much better at the Gulfport location. Especially lately. I do use two other locations 49th Street North in St Petersburg and 66th Street North in St petersburg. Always have great service“
“I’m disappointed they discontinued, pumpkin muffins :-(. I’ve never gone to eat. It’s always drive-through or delivery. I’ve never had issues with the quality of their food.
Sometimes people at the window are happy sometimes they aren’t but it’s a rough job. I don’t blame them.“
“A good attitude goes a long way in customer service. Sunday morning very busy and they appear to be short staffed. Had to wait a bit for my order, but the staff was pleasant, apologetic, and working hard to get everyone’s order as fast as they could.“

“It a coffee shop, the donuts and apple fritters are GREAT, as I'm sure their other items are as well. Our server was AMAZING, out going, friendly, helpful. It completely made the stop worth while.
