“We went to Vinya Coral Gables with a group of classmates and had a great time. The restaurant is perfect for sharing dishes and enjoying well-crafted cocktails. They’re also known for their impressive wine selection.

The standout dishes for me were the bacon-wrapped dates and the black ink risotto—both were packed with flavor and definitely worth trying. Overall, it’s a solid spot for good food and drinks in a relaxed setting.“

“My party of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Seasons 52. We started with 4 different flatbreads as starters and everyone has a variety of entrees such as the crunchy tuna salad, the pork chop, scallops and salmon. Everything was delicious and Nicole was a great server.“

“Nice atmosphere m, staff was great, and food was delicious. The mimosa was as big as my head.. lol However, it was $19. I wish there would have been a smaller size option as I have a very small stomach due to weight loss surgery. With the $19 mimosa I also got a coffee, eggs with cheese and bacon with a bagel to go for my friend. With tip the bill was $60. Now I realize I’m in South Beach, but I think that is a little excessive for breakfast. Lunch and dinner I understand.“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

This investment of energy and creativity gives you a lot of information about what the true intention of developing a restaurant is, which is more than just a place to sit and eat, it’s an atmosphere and all the senses must be stimulated, to be present. The food and service were great, and I know this place is more into breakfast and brunch, but at night is a special treat too.“

“I read all the reviews before going, so I could be prepared. Let me start by saying, if you enjoy fine dining frequently, my review isn't for you. If this experience is a treat for you, read on.

The food was a 10/10. We got the scallops (omg amazing), beef wellington (equally amazing) and salmon (could have been better, not the best I've had). Everything, except thr salmon, was the best food I've ever had.

The staff is on point. Constantly checking in, but not enough to be annoying. My water was always full, food came promptly and even though it was put in at the same time, appetizer and main fish came at different times. I was impressed with the level of attention they showed from clearing our dishes immediately, someone else coming and wiping thr table down immediately after, to the genuine feeling that these people care.

Maybe this is standard for fine dining, but again, this was a treat for us and not something we do often.

Based on another review, I was already prepared to eat upstairs, away from the kitchen because we didn't purchase "VIP." However, we sat right in front of the kitchen. What a treat! We enjoyed watching the chefs work.

Expect to pay about $150 per person. It sounds high, but is worth it. The decor was amazing. I appreciated the little details like the logo on the back of the chairs, the napkins and on the light fixtures.

This has been a bucket list item for me since I was a kid. I thought my "hype" about the experience would be too high but the experience exceeded expectations.

Oh and valet parking was less than $30 and well worth it when you are in downtown Miami. They even allowed us to walk around downtown before retrieving our car.

I will absolutely be visiting other locations and encourage you to check it out. The visit made our night!“

“Lucia is the best! On our last day in Miami, she made us feel so welcomed. She was generous in accommodating us throughout our time at the pool. Not only did she make delicious margaritas and was attentive but she whipped up a “to-go” cocktail for us to enjoy on our ride to the airport. Lucia is the rare breed of human who takes pride in what she does and her generosity makes her guests feel special. She encouraged us to soak up the joie de vivre of Miami! Thank you, Lucia and the very attentive and friendly staff at Blue Moon.“

“I came in yesterday @ 9:45 and wow. I never want to be that person to arrive when a kitchen is closing. You may think my experience was terrible, but it’s the exact opposite. I was greeted with open arms and a smile. It was just me at the bar, as to what i previously mentioned I ordered quickly.

The chef didn’t skip a beat, details, flavor, presentation were on point. On some of the dishes I was pleasantly surprised.

I’m definitely coming back

She was so sweet and kind, it was genuinely the best service/hospitality exchange I’ve had on the phone with absolutely no issues and she was genuinely happy to accommodate. “Was staying in the hotel upstairs and while the hotel was not great, I was pleasantly surprised by the Biscayne Tavern. On night one I stopped in for drinks and was served by Maylin, who was an absolute delight and gave top tier friendly service. I decided to go back for dinner the next night and was served by Tomas. Another amazing night of service, plus the good is very, very good! I had one of the best Cuban sandwiches of my life (I used to live in Miami, I've had many) and I highly recommend the nachos, which are Cuban/Miami style and have plantain chips in place of tortillas. Give Biscayne Tavern a shot, it's low key in the best way and please give Maylin and Tomas all your love, they deserve it!“
