“I highly recommend everyone order food from Five Guys. Today, all of us in the ER (CRMC) ordered a delivery order through Postmates. When the food was delivered we realized we were missing 3 sandwiches, so I called them. The girl that answered was incredibly nice and stated that she knew we were missing items but couldn’t get ahold of the delivery driver. She not only delivered the missing sandwiches herself (after we told her we can’t leave to go pick them up) but brought 5 milkshakes with her to make up for the mistake. We are all extremely thankful and appreciative!!“

“Overall, exceptional custom pizza factory with excellent custom service. Unique concept and clean atmosphere (not too noisy, either). Plenty of toppings and variety to quell any pizza appetite I could imagine. Fun to pick your toppings and watch the monster pizza evolve! I would only suggest that pricing be re-examined to compete more effectively, and maybe before that Blaze should run some specials so it can attract more of the market share. “If you go to the North Monroe one, be prepared to wait 10 minutes for your order. I’ve had them forget that I’m still waiting for my food, at the window, as I see my order just sitting there. I went inside to get it because the window person had disappeared. It’s not uncommon for them to run out of sides (coleslaw, pinto beans, dirty rice, etc). The food is just OK, the rest needs improvement.“

“It’s been years since I’ve been to Arby’s . I was inticed by their tv commercials. I had the Gyro and fries. It came with a fountain drink. For a fast Gyro it was really good. I mean not like your favorite Greek restaurant but definitely more passable then I thought it would be. My daughter had the turkey and again it was pretty good for a fast food joint. I’d go back again.“

“One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had—seriously! I've been to many pizza places across the U.S., but Blaze Pizza is on another level. The crust is amazing, the ingredients are super fresh, and you can build your own pizza exactly how you like it. On top of that, it’s quick—just about 10 minutes from the oven to our table. I was thoroughly impressed not only with the delectable, hot, fresh, and fast meal but also with the exceptional customer service we received, which was truly outstanding. The restaurant demonstrated a high level of cleanliness, and the restrooms were well-maintained, a rarity for public facilities. The young lady who took our order was very informative about the sandwich's ingredients and even recommended the glaze icing blueberry biscuits, which complemented our meal perfectly. As we savored our satisfying and affordable meal, we noticed the manager, who consistently displayed a warm and welcoming demeanor while interacting with guests. Having not visited a Hardee's in about a year, our exceptional experience has prompted us to return, possibly for breakfast the following day to sample the fully loaded omelet burrito and grits. I am eager to revisit and hope to have the pleasure of being served by the manager, Teresa, whose exceptional hospitality made our day. We will definitely be returning as a regular.“

The cheesesteak was packed with flavor, the wings were perfectly crispy, and the real fruit lemonades were a refreshing bonus. “There was a Thursday deal at Tijuana Flats, so I went to the one on Thomasville yesterday. I ordered a few entrees, a dessert, and a large queso with chips. Much to my chagrin, I got home (15 minutes away) and found my queso was missing. To some, this may not seem like a big deal, but to queso-loving folks, I was disappointed. I called the store and asked what could be done. I got the option to be put on a list and get a free large queso when I returned or get a refund on the queso (just under $5). I chose the refund, got the server's name, and went about my business. Many times, when this type of interaction occurs, nothing happens. Most times I remember to follow up if the business forgets (wasting more time on my part). However, this time was FAR different. Not only did I get a refund, but I was refunded for my entire meal! This was a pleasant surprise and more reason for me to continue to visit this business. Thank you for making me a more frequent customer of Tijuana Flats!“

“I was coming to give a big shout to the DQ at 2227 N Monroe St because my family and I visit quite often and the staff here always so nice. We have never had any issues with the food or the service. I am very disturbed by a review that i just read that was penned by Ms. Q Carter because i remember the Sunday in question because my wife and I were behind Ms Carter in the drive thru and we both remember her because she was screaming at the lady in question, but the tap she claimed she did with her umbrella was quite a bit more because she broke her umbrella and almost broke the window. They closed the window because of the profanity that was being hurled at them by Ms Carter my wife was in the process of calling 911 for the employees but she pulled off. when we got to the window we made sure that the employees did not need the police and we tipped them all for keeping thier cool and how they handled her, we are local business owners and we are also black, it is so disturbing that someone in this day and age with everything going on in the world would stoop so low as to use the race card SHAME ON YOU Ms Carter. Thank you DQ on N Monroe for ALWAYS treating me and my family just like family. We will always be faithful customers at this location because of this, Keep up the good work.“

We really enjoyed coming to the location on West Tennessee Street as it's not too far from my house and you can go through the drive-thru really fast because they have a system setup as to where the employees will come to your car and take your order so when you get to the building it is ready for you to pick up.“

“Tonight was the first night that I have ever received Great customer service at that north Monroe location, Jahlaya I think that’s her name. She was very pleasant suggestive sales. She even offered a choice of a side of an item that I buy often it was never given a choice. Smile on her face like she was happy to be there. and as I was waiting for my food, I observed her constantly wiping down the counters and the machines in the building. That’s someone that takes pride in their job way to go to a great manager training, her staff.“

“Honestly, been going to this location for years, they were open late before COVID and I was working a second job late and would swing by to get a small snack. It was always hot, fresh, and affordable. Prices are more expensive now after COVID (like everywhere else) but their app has good deals.

I accidentally ordered from this location instead of the one by my appointment today. I called telling them I would be able to get over there until it was over and that would be over an hour. They told me there would be no problem and they’d make me food fresh, even when they had already made it. I went by there and they did just that and refused to have me pay again, reassuring me there was no problem.
