“Located in the Sunshine Plaza, Hibachi Way offers a variety of hibachi cuisine and sushi rolls. They also have appetizers, soups & salads, noodles, and bento boxes.

The place wasn't that busy, though people were steadily coming in. I greeted a female employee behind the counter and placed an order for a California roll and a small shrimp bowl with vegetables. I couldn't wait to dig into the food once I received it. The California roll was freshly made and tasty. The shrimp bowl consisted of fried rice and vegetables (broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and onions). The shrimp and vegetables were nicely cooked and seasoned, and the fried rice was cooked to a soft consistency. Overall the food was enjoyable. I look forward to coming back to try a few of their appetizers.“

“The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, the staff were friendly and professional, and the food was presented well and tasted great.we had the churrasco and salmon for dinner that was cooked well but the Grilled Octopus the best item we had was nicely cooked and was a great portion. The only negative item was predinner drinks. We ordered an old fashioned and a lychee martini. Both drinks were prepared too sweet. The wine with dinner was a better choice. Overall, it was a great experience and will visit again.“

I'm excited to return soon, especially for lunch since our spa is so close. They actually helped solve a problem for me too without knowing it. My clients often find out I'm a former mega yacht chef and quiz me for dining options. I cringe because I'm very reluctant to give master chef level recommendations with such a plethora of ever changing restaurants, price points and service levels. My taste always leans to super fresh, fun, spicy ethnic-ish foods with bold flavors that you probably don't have to mortgage your house to afford. “Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly (specially Andrea) and the food is delicious. It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. I am definitely going back.“

“We had a great experience overall. From the start, the bartender was really welcoming while we waited to be seated and made us a nice drink to enjoy at the bar. Once we were at the table, our server was friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The chef was fun to watch, he put on a good show with the volcano, heart form from the fried rice, and kept everyone at the table entertained, if i'm not mistaken his name is Joel. “Found this restaurant while I was trying to find a restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was not a disappointment. The staff, the service, the food and drinks, everything simply amazing.

We had a group of 12 and we had Dorian as our server who was very attentive and patient with us all. The other staff who kept coming in to clear our table was also making and pleasant! Wish I could’ve given her a big hug.

Everyone was pleased with their meals, drinks and service and it was the talk of the night.

I had their Wonton soup and Spring rolls for an appetizer. The soup was tasty and a large bowl of soup. Each chicken wonton was very good. The spring rolls were cooked just right along with the dipping sauce had the perfect amount of spice. My main course I had 2 sushi rolls. The Rainbow Dragon roll and the tempura tuna roll. Both were so good and each had 12 pieces. The presentation of the rolls was nice too. I couldn’t stop eating all the food it was so good. Service was fast, and very pleasant.
