Boulon Brasserie and Bakery is a delightful restaurant that combines the charm of European Bistro and 1950s American flair. The service is exceptional, with attentive and pleasant staff, such as Olivia and Kat, who provide excellent recommendations. The food is outstanding, with dishes like the beurre blanc salad, coq au vin, and filet and bone-in rib eye, sure to impress. The desserts, including warm butter cake and bread pudding, are also not to be missed. While service can be slow at times, the overall experience is well worth a return visit.
